I first noticed them in 2015 in the shot below. But she's not 24 anymore! It's just a natural sign of aging. Yes smoking will speed up aging, but it would have happened regardless. You could either be healthy, or have body dysmorphia like I said, I don't think Lana is mentally unstable enough to consider getting more fillers because of fan comments. If she did though, then...
