Took a deeper look into this, and it's confirmed she was leaving a church in the Studio City neighbourhood of Los Angeles with her friends (Annie featured in some of the paparazzi shots.) I've updated the title to reflect this.

Yeah see the indent around her eye in the side-on shots (like a "C" shape?). + the one with her head forward and down; the cheeks bulge out further than the forehead. 

 

They don't look as bad as some of the ones in the past, though, so hopefully she's dialling it down.
