How do you feel that most if not all the people who buy your album have no idea who Norman Rockwell is?

She's like um I think maybe 50/50.

 

She likes the f'ing in the middle, to make it feel lighter.

 

She says she's smizing on the cover.

She found that she was smiling (more) while she was singing this album. The lyrics for the title track made her laugh, she sang a bit of NFR.

Omg the Werchter (close with Antwerp, also Belgium) TW Classic festival... I remember that show, the crowd was so disinterested and it was written all over her face of how disappointed she was. Quickest she’s ever left stage. Didn’t go down to the crowd once and was stone-faced the entire time.. she knew the crowd wasn’t into it at alllllll.

Omg the Werchter (close with Antwerp, also Belgium) TW Classic festival... I remember that show, the crowd was so disinterested and it was written all over her face of how disappointed she was. Quickest she’s ever left stage. Didn’t go down to the crowd once and was stone-faced the entire time.. she knew the crowd wasn’t into it at alllllll.

Yes!! It kicked off her little 2016 festival tour (after Warsaw during her blonde moment a few months before) and it was such a shame because in my opinion, that show was one of her best vocally. She also looked incredible, it’s still one of my favourite performance looks. She really tried to give her all for that show, debuting the dancers and her playing guitar, but the crowd was just not having it at all and she was fully aware x

It was heartbreaking, she looked soooo upset! I get that the crowd was older and just waiting for Bruce to take stage, but they were being so disrespectful towards her and it made her visibly upset. Upset enough that she still recalls it to this day! Just look at how defeated she looks walking off stage... my heart broke for her because seriously, it was one of her best performances. I wish I would’ve been there!!

Omg the crowd looked so DEAD! I’m so glad she doesn’t have to experience that again...! She looked as if she was really to get off the stage after two songs and just forget about everything. They didn’t deserve her excellence... she sounded so good too!

Her fault that she decided to do a jazz festival imo. All the old goldies and then her - it just wasn't her target audience
