Admittedly, Emotion (and the B-sides) is the only Carly album I have listened to, but it's literally so perfect. Are the other two albums worth the listen? You'll bop to most of the songs, esp This Kiss, Turn Me Up, Hurts So Good, Tonight I'm Getting Over You, and the bonus tracks.
