As much as I love Ultraviolence

I think I'd prefer the original sound that the Untouchable Five had

the "untouchable five" are honestly not that untouchable, there are plenty of other unreleased tracks just as good

Welp. I'll add this one today.

The single cover for HIADT is contextually fitting for the song it's released for. Simple, unique, and evocative of Lana's style.

First time I looked at the cover of Hope, I thought she looked like she was making fun of us lol. Like, "my Little Fuckers will probably hate this DIY, but well, well, it's not like they have a choice anyway  " . default_selena.png

Carmen is overproduced on BTD. The piano/drum demo is much better.

AKA is still some of Lana's best work up to date, and beats out about 95% of her whole discography. The lyricism in Oh Say Can You See and Pawn Shop Blues alone cannot be surpassed by even the strongest song on NFR.

I hate the Blue Jeans Gessafelstein Remix (the ones that was in the Movie, Now is Good)
Never even listened to it the whole way through.
It's an abomination to one of her best songs.

PSB really is one of her best songs.  :agree:

I actually have issue listening to any remixes of Lana's songs. I know that makes me prude and elitist or something, but I'm just not a remix person whatsoever, let alone on the stuff she worked on.  :smokes2:

Cola's instrumental is one of her best instrumentals.
Big Bad Wolf is underrated.
Brite Lites Steven Mertens Demo>>>All versions.
When The World is one of the best songs on LFL.
The paradise version of Yayo won't top the AKA version.
MPG demo is a bop.
Guns and Roses is one of her worst released songs.
24 is wonderful.
There's not a bad song on Honeymoon.

HIAB doesn't sound that interesting to me. Besides the whole "if he's a serial killer then what's the worst that could happen to a girl who's already hurt" verse, the rest of the lyrics sound basic and the production sounds very show tune-y. I really don't see what everyone else sees in that track. Still excited to hear it though! Who knows, it could be great

I'm ready for the hate I'm going to get for this unpopular opinion  :toofunny:

The demo version of BP is beyond overrated
Yeah, the lyrics are nice but I don’t necessarily think they’re better than the final. Also the mixing and vocal delivery makes it hard to listen to. It sounds raw/unpolished but not in a charming way.

Me and my boyfriend, we are a new kind of fun

I think Backfire is underrated, so is some other "pop gems" inside Lana's catalog. I think it's not only catchy but also a kinda beautiful song.

I’m NOT giving hate at all and I respect your opinion and the fact that you said it on this judgemental site (that takes GUTS), I just think it’s dunny how I literally cannot get this song soon enough

The West Coast Radio Mix is utter crap.

I mean, yeah, it's not as great as the studio version, but it actually is really nice when you're just in a lighter, happier mood and just want to jam out to some hazy beachy guitars, it's much breezier that the heavier studio version. I wouldn't call it utter crap, It depends on your mood, but yeah, it is by far inferior to the original studio version.
