i'm really excited to hear In the Land of Gods and Monsters. I hope the tracks aren't too set in the "Born to Die style" though, some variation would be nice!

Yeah, I'd like to hear a new sound to these tracks - but then again it is the Paradise Edition of Born to Die, so I'm guessing she'll keep the style similar since it's not an entirely new album.

Maybe this song is really called "Pussy Cat" but the "Cat" was left out for shock factor. It's not the first time Lana references cats.

Okay. Here are the people she [apparently] co-wrote these songs with, in case anyone else was wondering.
  • DAN HEATH--Helped write "Blue Jeans," and now "Bel Air."
  • TIM LARCOMBE--Worked on "Off to the Races," "This Is What Makes Us Girls," and now "Gods and Monsters." I'm really excited about his contribution, because he's just incredible.
  • RICK NOWELS--One of Lana's most used writers, it seems. He wrote three songs on Born to Die ("Summertime Sadness," "Dark Paradise," and "Lucky Ones"), and did three songs on Paradise--"****," "Will You Still Love Me," and "Body Electric."
  • SACHA SKARBEK--This guy helped Lana write "Without You." It also would seem that he produced "Because of You."
Well, that's 6 out of however many are really going to be released. And of course, "Blue Velvet" fits in here as well.

Oh! How could I forget....JUSTIN PARKER (who produced/co-wrote "Video Games," "Dum Dum," "National Anthem," "Radio," "Carmen," "Born to Die," "Marylin Monroe," and "On Our Way") co-wrote "Burning Desire" and "Ride."

One guy responsible for all that mediocrity, I see...

What kind of song is "Pussy" going to be, oh my god :defeated:

Could you keep the sass to a minimum, sir. It's not very moderator-like. :whitney:

I am so delighted that Madrigal and his sustained interest in producers/songwriters are in the fold again.

The S&M mask sure hides an awful lot.

I saw Justin Parker tweet (via evilentity's retweeting skills) "JFK"...so who even know what the hell will be on it at this point.

Please no Pussy :oprah:
I've said that before :oprah:

He was talking about the film JFK, he tweeted. He must think we're nuts judging by how Lana fans take a tweet and interpret it to be about her and then he's like "no i'm watching the film."
