Hollywood Forever lithographs

Hi everybody,

 

I don't know if I'm posting in the good section. I hope I am. I ordered 2 lithographs for the Hollywood Forever shows in adventuresinwonderland website. These lithographs were supposed to be available for pick up at the cemetery. But a few days before the show I received an email from adventuresinwonderland saying that the lithographs will not be available for pick up and that instead they will send them out at my address as soon as they will be ready. The problem is that 3 months after I still didn't receive my lithographs. I tried to contact the website but they always take 2 weeks to answer and I have to send several mails before geting an answer. They told me that all the lithographs have been sent out 2 months ago and that everybody received them. But I have some friends in the same case than me that never received them too. I asked to adventuresinwonderland if they can tell me the exact shipping date and the tracking number but they never answered to my question. If everybody is supposed to have already received the lithographs, I should be able to find some photos of them in google or to see some on ebay. But I can't find nothing. It's like nobody never received these lithographs. I'm furious because these lithograhs were expensive ! Is someone in the same case?

Ask them if they ship internationally. You're in Europe?

I'm in USA. And they said that they've already sent all the lithographs whereas nobody received them. It's a rob ! Apparently, they even didn't make the lithographs.

I don't know how to proceed to get my money back. Everybody who ordered these lithographs should contact them ! We paid for nothing. I don't like how adventuresinwonderland are treating Lana's fans!

Get your credit card company to reverse the charges.

I tried but I paid 3 months ago and it's too late apparently :( So, I have to resolve this issue directly with the store. But the store don't want to fix the issue. They are liars and don't want to answer to my questions...

The problem is NOBODY never received these lithographs, because adventuresinwonderland never made them and so never shipped them. And it's like everybody who ordered these lithographs have totally forgotten... I have 2 friends who also never received theirs and are trying to get their money back like me, but we're not only 3 people concerned. What can we do to fix that issue and get our money back? Is someone working in Lanaboards can maybe help us to get more visibility? It's not fair to rob people like that. We're all Lana's fans and we have to help each other above all if we are concerned by the same problem. I would like to talk with other people like me who paid for nothing too.... But I don't know how to find these people and how to get more visibility....

i mean if  they're not fixing it the only thing i could think of is taking legal action.

Your credit card company won't take care of it because you paid 3 months ago?

 

Sounds like you somehow have to take legal action, which I know must be a pain and idk how to go about that. Maybe get people to start tweeting and @ adventuresinwonderland directly. Companies tend to freak out when you start spreading negative word about them on Twitter. So try that and then see if they respond. Other than that...seems like the only option left is for you guys to take legal action.

You and everyone who didn't get what they paid for should also tweet Lana along with Wonderland. I'm sure she'd be upset knowing her fans paid good money and have gotten nothing. She probably didn't get paid for them either which is an even bigger problem.
