Makes me sad that it was! But, uh -- nobody knows who Lana is in Japan, honestly. So far as I can tell.

 

I was at this gay bar in Shinjuku, like, back in the beginning of October when I went to Tokyo for three weeks, right?

They (as in the bartender ) asked me what sort of music I liked to listen to, and I played them MTWBT 'cuz the vid had just dropped -- and they were like "who the fuck is this bitch?"

She said she was sick, but I think it was canceled because of low ticket sales. The show was going to be in March, but then they changed the date to May... and no one bought tickets, lol. Lana is a nobody in Japan.

Thank you for compiling all these shows. I just read this review http://www.thelineofbestfit.com/reviews/live-reviews/lana-del-rey-the-scala-london-161111-74534 it is so disgusting. I can't believe how she was written about early on, it's really shocking to look back on. I feel like if any articles of this manner were published about some of Lanas 2015 born imitators today they'd be called out and have 100s of retweets on twitter. In 5 years the zeitgeist has really shifted. Lana was truly ahead of her time

It's frustrating that she's coming to Belgium, like 30 minutes away from where I live, but I don't want to go to Rock Werchter, I don't like the atmosphere 

She's coming to Werchter Classic on 9th of July and not Rock Werchter which is a week earlier. There's also usually a slightly other public at Werchter Classic which I can appreciate more. So I'm going although I prefer a solo concert much more.

I also don't like the Werchter festivals but I'm glad I don't have to drive 700 KM to Berlin like 2 years ago to see and hear her. Now it's more or less 45 minutes driving. I'm looking forward to see her again after 2 years.
