I'm not sure... the thing is, Lana has pretty light features/natural hair so no makeup is a lot more vivid for her. I'm a grill  girl but I have pale skin and dark features so I can go without mascara/eyeliner/etc and it'll look like I have SOME eye makeup on but I doubt Lana could do the same. 

 

So maybe just a sprinkle of something. I don't think it matters much. She looks lovely

I doubt she's completely makeup free but I'm just saying she has abandoned completely the heavy makeup look of the BTD and part of the UV eras. She wears no massive lashes, no long acrylic nails etc.
