10 likesThe flying rocket sound or the weird whirly sound in Blue Jeans after the bridge and before the final chorus. I loved it since the beginning and it's kinda sad that it's one of the less talked moments of the song...

9 likesWhen she starts yelling, like in Dealer, in the bridge of Living Legend, in the end of Pink Champagne, in Heroin (it's fucking hot hot...), or maybe in certain inflections of her voice in Fingertips (I couldn't handle it, gave myself two seconds to cry, it's a tragedy...). I always saw it as an expression of her despair, her true self. And systematically, immediately after, she calms down, going back to being a serene queen. That's beautiful.

8 likesThe entirety of Blue Jeans. I think it's one of her least-discussed singles on this forum and in general. It's an incredible song, the one that turned me into a total stan and it's still a game changer. The final chorus is music peak. Her vocal delivery in Fingertips is devastating. Everyone talks about the lyrics (some of her absolute best), but it wouldn't be the same without that genuine, urgent singing. "I couldn't hear what they said on the telephone" is a show stopper. The horns in Arcadia (which were composed by Lana herself btw).

7 likesOnce upon a midnight dreary, in the digital realm of Lanaboards, a mysterious affliction began to spread. It started subtly, like a ghostly whisper in the pixels of the forum. Users noticed something was amiss when their ability to like posts vanished, leaving behind a void of digital silence. At first, it seemed like a minor glitch, a hiccup in the vast expanse of the internet. But as the hours passed, the affliction mutated, taking a more sinister form. Users found themselves unable to embed links or share pictures—a digital quarantine that isolated them within the haunting corridors of text. The once lively threads now stood as eerie graveyards of words, devoid of the vibrant multimedia that once adorned them. Panic swept through the Lanaboards community like a wildfire, as members realized they were losing their digital senses one by one. Whispers of a cyber contagion filled the virtual air. Some spoke of a cursed emoji that, when clicked, transmitted the affliction to unsuspecting users. Others believed it was a manifestation of a digital specter, punishing those who dared to navigate the web's darker corners.Desperation grew as the forum's denizens tried to unravel the mystery behind their affliction. The moderators, once omnipotent digital guardians, found themselves powerless against the encroaching darkness. Their admin privileges were rendered useless in the face of this unseen enemy. The infected users formed a digital resistance, communicating through cryptic messages that slipped through the gaps in the affliction's grasp. They shared tales of eerie encounters—of phantom links leading to dead ends and ghostly images that flickered and disappeared. As the digital quarantine tightened its grip, a faint hum echoed through Lanaboards. A lone user caled hotshot2am stumbled upon a hidden thread, buried deep within the forum's archives. It spoke of a forbidden update, a sinister code injected into the very fabric of the forum's existence. Armed with this knowledge, the resistance rallied to reverse the curse. Guided by the dim glow of their screens, they delved into the heart of the digital labyrinth, seeking the source of the affliction. It was a perilous journey, as the very threads they traversed seemed to resist their presence. Finally, in the darkest corner of Lanaboards, they discovered a cryptic line of code—a twisted, corrupted version of the forum's essence. With trembling fingers, they attempted to rewrite the code, undoing the digital curse that had befallen them. As the clock struck midnight in the real world, a flicker of light appeared on the forum's horizon. The digital quarantine began to lift, and the users slowly regained their lost abilities. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Lanaboards emerged from the darkness, forever changed by the haunting tale of the cyber contagion. And so, the forum's denizens returned to their virtual haven, their shared nightmare etched into the digital history of Lanaboards—a cautionary tale of the horrors that lurk in the shadows of the internet.

6 likesHey, y'all, Time to highlight some of the less appreciated moments on Lana's records. I'm just re-listening to Blue Banisters (a rare moment for me as I think it's her worst record). But Mike Dean's work with Wildflower beats is something else. Can we have a full album with just her and this style of beats, please? What are some of the moments you appreciate that aren't really talked about much?

6 likesTutorial for Chrome to re-enable liking comments 1. Click on the lock symbol. 2. Click on Site settings 3. Scroll down to Insecure content, switch it to Allow. 4. Restart Chrome and open Lanaboards again This should only be necessary temporarily until Elle manages to update the forum code. Also no gurantee that this works, though it has worked for 2 other users.

5 likesNot at all underrated but her voice breaking and the way she says “but I’m so happy, so happy now you’re gone” in the final pre-chorus of “Cruel World”

5 likesActually I think Lana and Jon Batiste have a pretty high chance to win Pop Duo. Both Candy Necklace and Life Lessons are two of the best songs on the list objectively speaking. I’d be actually surprised if Karma gets nominated, the song itself is good but Ice Spice’s part didn’t make sense/fit with it at all. And the Grammys love Jon already, he won 5 grammys in 2022 (including AOTY) and was nominated 14 times in total.

4 likesAll the screaming in the background of "This is what makes us girls". It really reminds me of girls screaming in an indoor pool(we used to go break into the hotel, Glimmerin', we'd swim), the whole echo-y bouncing off walls aspect of it all. It adds to the summer feeling of it, and the care-free lifestyle Lana was living at the time.

4 likesI LOVE THIS PHOTO SO MUCH! It's giving me girlboss energy! Her whole look really reminded me of 2017 and Lust For Life era in general and a little bit of NFR era in 2018 too! She looked really beautiful there, she was glowing and she must've been really happy and exciting that she hosted a Q&A for one of her idols! The only thing I hope is that there were at least Joan fans too because it would be kinda weird if every person in the audience were only Lana stans hahah, it's kind of same effect like Swifties (they go to any event non-Taylor or not but if Taylor attends there, there like a sea of insane Swifties there like Jack's wedding) but less insane.

4 likesNot sure if it matters, but the browser I'm using on my Android is the built-in Google browser. It's the same browser I've been using to access LanaBoards for years and years, across multiple Android phones. Never modified my settings, or made any changes to the standard browser settings. The issue started (for me) about a month ago. I also noticed I was not able to tag @Elle in my last comment via mobile. I had to load up LanaBoards on my laptop to tag. It's very frustrating not being able to like comments. I feel like I'm just lurking about in the shadows of LanaBoards lol
