i’m so excited for this. i love this pre release! i love how it’s so unpredictable, that’s a quality jack brings that’s amazing. i kind of wish he brought it into his own stuff- i genuinely like bleachers but i don’t think he throws himself into it as much as his other work which is underwhelming at times. i wonder will we get a tour? like an actual full fledged tour for this one!! i’m trying to think of what our first major hints for this album were, and she was heavy on talking about wanting to perform again and again in her 2023 shows- maybe that was a clue

SO excited for this oh my god i feel like it’s gonna be a fun fresh album, something we’ve really never heard before from lana. i don’t see it having as many sad/serious songs on it as ocean blvd or bb, i think the tone will be similar to cocc but slightly more upbeat.

I’m really curious what Luke’s involvement is. So far the one Lasso track we have a snippet of isn’t a Jack song, but all the info we’ve gotten about Lasso is all Lana and Jack. I wonder if she wrote with Luke and then Jack produced (like Tunnel) or if they are both producers and worked separately

I don’t think it’s coincidence that both her and jack talked about/announced Lasso within a day of each other. She announced it January 31st and he talked about it the next day in his interview. I’m not saying the September release date is going to happen (because let’s be real, this is Lana we’re talking about) but I do feel the album is more done than when she randomly announced albums in the past (Chemtrails September 5th RCS June 1st/July 4th)

Lana's ability to attract 1 million followers effortlessly is mind-blowing! It's a testament to the power of presence and perhaps a stroke of luck. Quite the social media phenomenon!

This fanbase must be enraging her constantly!!! I don't know why people who are fans of her don't want to let her lay her vision out. I understand people wanting to be critical, but the attitude on here can sometimes be: I don't like this therefore this is bad. I, and others are loving this (potential) album cover. The album is rumored for a June release, that's just 3-4 months from now. In that time there could be remix packs with features, extended mixes, another single with more remixes, a Boiler Room set will drop on YouTube soon (possibly also for streaming on Apple Music like the last one), etc... Why is everyone saying this is a slow and long rollout?! Relax guys. When Troye teased Rush for months he ended up getting huge reach for the song and even Grammy noms. I want this album to be huge for her. If that means a longer rollout and some annoying marketing tricks then whatever. The music we are getting sounds worth it.

It looks like the interview actually took place a few days before the Grammys. I like how Lana once again gave a release date for an album that wasn’t even finished though.
