GBA is the most underrated song on the album. Everything about it is flawless! The vocals are so lush and light and sound so amazing. The production is also amazing, there's just so much to it, and it all blends so well! The lyrics are also so nice and poetic. Y'all better stop paying dust to this masterpiece!

I noticed this wih the similarities oc the aesthetics of both albums but never put the two together. This makes alot of sense, I wonder of Lana was inspired at all by marina.

can you imagine if lana starred in a horror movie and then made a soundtrack for it? that would shake me to my core. I know Lana isn't an actress but maybe she could be a decent one if she got acting lessons. But tbh I'd be happy with her starring in any type of movie

Yea I have heard the eery sounds in cherry, they sound like the background music some vintage horror movies have. And the last unfinished sounding note of 13 beaches also sounds pretty eery. I wonder if this was supposed to be a darker era since she said she wrote the darker songs like heroin earlier on, aside from lust for life but maybe that was an eery song too before it got revamped

But I know what you mean, 13 beaches would've been better swapped with cherry in terms of mood and tempo

I feel the exact opposite, the songs that weren't polical or weere about some lover felt completely out of place for me because the political songs were the main concept of the album. I think lust for life should've just been a smaller political album that was about Lana finding herself in the mess of late 2016 and what not. The tracklist could be like: 1.Love 2. Lust For Life 3. 13B 4. Coachella (revamped production) 5. GBA 6. WTWWAWWKD 7. BPBP 8. Roses Bloom for You 9. Heroin 10 Change 11. Get Free The rest of the songs could go on the next project that would come out shortly after, with some extra bops.
