Wow! I've never posted about her on here. I love her, we are both named Natasha and we actually look quite similar hahha. I only got into her half way through 2017 because of Lana talking about how she likes her and would be open to a collab. I don't know many of her songs but I absolutely love WAGTD, Lillies and Laura. She's one of those artists that I know I HAVE to get more into, WHEN I can be bothered. Cause when I discover someone and they have more than 2 albums out, it's very difficult for me to be motivated enough to listen to them all. So if anyone has a few more songs to suggest, I'd love to hear

I think I far prefer Imago over Chrysalis. My favourites are Gorgeous Creature, Nicholas, Nicoqueen and Imago. I don't think there's a song that falls below the others in general. This album gave me everything I know they were capable of. Now don't even @ me but I think the songs are all better than any of the snippets from Lana's NFR we've received so far

It's crazy isn't it. She really let's go and I want to be more like thatAs for what she said about Chrysalis vs Imago, I really see the shift in energy from being locked in a cocoon to being free and growing. Last album it felt like there was shame and holding back from the lyrics she was expressing, and I could feel that in the instrumentals most, like she was bound up and cursed. this album it feels more free, even when the lyrics are so dark and intense, they are freely flowing now, but still just as intense cause her soul has just been let out of the dark

I actually think it's a bop It may be further away from anything shes ever done but I'm glad she went all out and made it a Christmas song. Not a big fan of the video and how her singing on the piano was so half-assed And I do think she's trying to be someone else when she sings in the verses, like Ariana or Halsey, who she keeps promoting for some dumb reason. But TMIO is not bad at all

I went to Good Things Festival which is kinda the new thing since Soundwave got cancelled a few years ago. Bullet For My Valentine brought back my faith and I'm getting back into them. They put on such a good show, even better than Stone Sour and Offspring imo hehe, when they were the two big headliners of the festival. I have an embarrassing confession too, I thought the lead singer and the guy who does the screaming we're the same, like I thought Matt Tuck did all the vocals ugh. He's still very attractive too tho. The lead guitarist Michael kept looking over our way and pointing. I just love their interaction from on stage. Baby Metal was fucking awesome too!

What Instrument/sound do you want to hear more in NFR? And what vocals do you wanna hear more? I want to hear electric guitars, and I know this is a stretch but a harp or chimes. And I really want magnetic low vocals like Burning Desire, even though I think this album is gonna be another 'easy sung on stage' album. The photo was no doubt very American and it actually made me smile for some reason, but other American imagery Lana uses usually has a meaning or type of energy to it. What's McDonald's kind of energy? Children and shame that's what Yeah she tends to do that a lot doesn't she. I think it's happened in every album except lfl.
