Lana needs to get out there and promote. She needs to get back on SNL again and shut everyone up for good. I can imagine the song and album will just blow up.

im super glad love is doing so well and shes def getting that online promo, but sometimes i think people on here care more about her position on the charts and how much shes making off streaming than like, actually sitting down and enjoying how good lanas music is. youtube views are good and will benefit her but its not like she needs to be popular for us to like her

Good news! BBC Radio 1 has been playing Love on their channel. In fact, it's been played 7 times already! Although it's not a massive number it is still pretty good considering for the last few years Lana has barely had any plays on radio (apart from the occasional replay of BTD era music)
 

 
In contrast, High By The Beach only got 5 plays on BBC Radio in its first week.

If this witch aesthetic is true, Florence Welch/The Machine could be a possibility. She has a lot of songs that refer to witchery and Paganism (e.g Which Witch, Rabbit Heart, Seven Devils, Heartlines to name a few ) infact it is a large part of her aesthetic. Still unlikely though:(

A few days ago, I talked to a friend who's really into spiritual stuff and he said that "witch" is a relative term. Furthermore, black magic is when we call Satan for help, when we make pacts with him, when we make a sacrifice and pray in his honor. From what he read about Trump, witches want to cast a spell using a tarot card, specifically the XVI one - the tower. It symbolizes social changes, breakthroughs, a desire to give any kind of innovative projects. Tarot is the opposite of black magic, it is a question to the energy of the universe and getting (or not) an answer. Witches asked the energy of the universe to restore order. So it's not evil!

I know this subject is closed, but I feel like I need to say something about it.
 
Just wondering why some fans are so surprised (not in this thread, but in general) that Lana is into witchcraft. She studied metaphysics, she's seeing medium Fleur, she was part of a cult and a guru, she talked a lot about this stuff in interviews during Ultraviolence era and many more. I don't get why some fans are mad, like it doesn't change anything, she's still the same person.
 
Personally, I think that these are very interesting and I can't wait to see all the things she planned for this album, I even have some theories about the record. I was waiting for her to talk about this stuff since I learned that she studied metaphysics and since she talked about it in interviews.

Ok so now I can say it, the thing I'm excited about is that there's Love posters up all in Paris and there's a contest from UMG to win CDs, posters and other promo stuff. I'm too ugly to win but I got my Lasagna Del Rey tshirt under my Lana sweater and I'm about to leave to do at least five posters yo, so all of this to say maybe there will be other campaigns like this in other big cities! The posters are in very touristic zones too I'm excited c ya l8er alligators
