Honestly, she has never been super-lyricist for me. Yeah, some songs are lyrically great (off the races, Bel Air etc) but most lyrics since BtD era are plain and repetitive (DP, BtD, American, Cola etc). But it's balanced by great sound.

i think she should do sth more urban and creative (e.g. off the races, national anthem, unreleased songs), her ballads are starting to be more and more rip-offs of her previous songs. (No hate, still I love Y& B)

I dont know. I think it would well fit into Paradise Edition. It can be easily found its outtake of it. I think the stripped-down covers may be more a sign of new era.
