All the concerts i've been to have let me before, but they were in smaller venues and theaters, so it's never really been a problem, but I just don't wanna bringsomething they're gonna ask me to put away before entering etc also, hoping she perfects California, HiaB, nd the other nfr tracks by the time she gets performing heeeeeere ah

  8. Not to b annoying, but have u contacted them? STAT Got a confirmation email. But thats it, hopefully saying, for now. Not to b ungrateful or pushy, but hopefully they are attaching post cards to some of the orders. That'd be nice if it were to happen ‍♂
  9. Just got the hoodie, nd I still havent gotten an email about it either. Same dude. Same
  10. Yes. lol ok! Well, lyrics and melodies come naturally for me, but I've been actually making consistent effort towards fleshing things out on the piano. Books, I actually wrote like one page, but never really got past that. I really admire those who can lineate their thoughts like that though. The dedication! Knowing myself it'd take a lot of research for me to flesh out that kind of world nd storylines. Maybe when I'm like, older Do you have any regrets in life? Did u try doing something about it after realizing?
  11. Alexa, stream The Mailman Never Came.mp3 kidding, but who hasn't gotten their shipping email yet?
  12. which one was it?? / back to the OP, has anyone else gotten their emails yet?
  13. Kinda random, but- when do her piano books usually go on sale for this record? I've been tinkering a lot more these past few days and I've been itching to learn shit again.
  14. This is my first time getting to see Lana perform live, does anyone have like, tips for her concerts? Does she usually change the setlist later on? Can we bring pro cameras? Will there be diff merch? Future thanks!
  15. Growing up, my grandma had this wind up piano music box thing that I'd just love to listen to. I wouldn't be opposed if Lana had some kind of thing kike that, that played the title track or Bartender. That'd b so beautiful imo
  16. I've been thinking about why critics have enjoyed this record so much, and how they might've known something that we as fans, even objectively wouldn't have known. BtD was the introduction of who Lana was, how her sound was so detached sounding. Pioneering? Definitely, but it was so cold to listen to. Paradise seemed inauthentic bc of how lavish the lamenting was. Ultraviolence was celebrated bc of her success and influence of her past records. Honeymoon, bc it was the most "Lana" record, where she was most in her element. Still written in past tense. Lfl, because she started branching out. GP loved it because of the variety it brought. The difference, or main difference that I think that made the difference between her past work and NfR is the sure vulnerability, and the tense that she uses. It just seems a lot more present than it is of the past. The conversation's more present and direct. It's more engaging, and less about how she tells stories of the past, as if you're part of the conversation, not just sitting idly by being a backseat listener. Late night/early morning thoughts
  17. It was actually pretty cloudy around my uni yesterday, driving home. All gray and shit, and was driving on the freeway, and it was just fucking beautiful. The dramatic skies, the orange, covered in plumes of what looked like smoked cumulonimbus, the racing of the red and white lights while you're driving. "Miss doing nothing the most of all" and not about being lazy, but not having to do anything to maintain- something. Between the lines point, +1
  18. I still wanted to get the lime green shirt, and some post cards.. -
