I’m curious to know what in Lana’s music that is appealing to kids that are about 10-12 years old, her lyrics and sound are far from what I liked when I was 10. I don’t think I’d even understand everything she’s singing about.

I think it’s innuendo because, you know, butter is made by churning it.

It would also explain why the original music video for Blue Banisters never got released. I’ve always wondered what it looked like, the teaser was so pretty, but now I’m glad it never was released and they recorded a new one. EDIT: NEVER MIND, I forgot that was Clay and not Sean.

So tonight we got it confirmed that Chemtrails is indeed about Sean. Considering what happened (according to Lana, him cheating on her and getting married while they were attending couple’s therapy), I understand why she hasn’t sung the song live until very recently.

I’m starting to think Sean’s wife absolutely knew what was going on, there’s no way she didn’t know about Lana while they discussed marriage.
