I got Lungs today on vinyl. I was kind of scared to get it because it was pressed at United but it sounds fine. I think in this case the discs and everything are the same, the cover is only different

Nope, I think there was speculation that it would be a single but all the tracks were released at the same time. There's no promo CDs for any of the songs on Discogs either which is kind of strange tbh
