At first I didn’t like the album version, but I’m coming around to it. I never was that crazy about the demo honestly. I do like that she changed the lyrics to we were so obsessed with writing the next American record instead of it just being you were so obsessed.

the demo has better vocals and the outro is heavenly, but i like the lyrics from tnbar more, they showcase her growth 

High By The Beach is iconic, the only flaw in Honeymoon is Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. Not a terrible cover but it's not great either.

On her live tonight, Lana expressed an idea she had for a Love Song music video. "I feel like it's the kind of song you have to have a video for to realize that it's kind of special, because otherwise it's pretty stark. I do [have an idea.] I'd like to paint it. Like, have a painted video. Like a Monet that came to life."
 
Also, Jack shared that there were a lot of different versions of the song before they finally got it right.
