I getting hyped for this album and I'm sure its because of this thread rather than Lana starting to tease.... because she has hardly teased anything...

I'd rather have new music than a re-release, the songs are already there to listen too. 

Ultraviolence was a bit 'heavy' so it would be nice if she went back to a lighter sound for the next album. The direction it sounds like she's going in sounds amazing and exactly what I want from Lana. Beach anthems!!

The title makes me visualise two girls with sunglasses on, hair blowing in the wind, sitting under a tree watching boys at a skate park, in black and white? every single time i hear the words 'Music To Watch Boys To' i instantly get that visual. every. time.

What do you all think her look will be for the new era? I have this thought that she will give us burgundy or some form of dark red hair that will be styled and cascaded for death. In regards to her clothing, I am thinking that she will serve us immaculate gowns and high fashion labels.

I pray she makes an album more similar to Born To Die to be honest. I like Ultraviolence but I like Born To Die more so there's one reason I want it but another is she will probably be given more money for promo, so the flashy videos will come back which I have missed so much from this era, and hopefully we will get TV/Radio promo too.

Yeah, I love it. I love nightlife, the mood that comes from it. That’s why I wanted to meet Mark Ronson: I played him ten songs I just composed for this next album.

I'm not sure how I feel about her working with Mark Ronson. I think I'd either love it or hate it, I think he's great when he works with someone but makes the song true to the artist (like Uptown Funk), so I can see it working well with Lana, as she wouldn't let him change her aesthetic. 

I just need video's for Black Beauty and Old Money before the new era, even though I know I ain't getting them 

I need UK dates, but not arena's. Actually I want European dates, its always been a mini dream to see her in Paris.

Hmm I was going to try and get LA tickets, as Im going to LA next year and May would be a nice time to go, but I don't want to see Courtney Love. Does anyone think with her performing as well that Lana's set will be shorter for those nights?

I'm sad Black Beauty isn't included in 'Saddest Songs'.

Just been watching Gods & Monsters on youtube, Lana's version and the comments are so funny. Everyone is saying, ''Omg didn't expect the 'get fucked hard' line'' HAHAHA

It's clear that this era is suffering without the financial and artistry support from her label. 

I've not thought about that actually but maybe the label won't support this campaign to the extent the supported BTD. Lets be honest this album is hardly commercial at all, and the label probably isn't too happy about that.

There is definatley something going on between her and the label, either she is refusing to do what they ask, maybe promo on television, live interviews etc, so they won't support her with money etc, or they just don't support an album which is not commercial enough. It wouldn't surprise me if Lana just turned around and said I won't release anything If I can't release this, so they went ahead and let her release it with it being better than nothing.

Just my two cents.

UV could have done really well with continued support. It's already around 1.3 million WW (Ariana Grande's is at 600K by comparison), which is higher than BTD at this stage but the latter had a lot of factors play into its longevity. The music is also less commercial and sales are down in general.

Those sales sounds good tbh, considering she has done zilt promo. 

Its weird though that she has abandoned the album now though, and the excuse she has been busy touring is crap tbh even though its probably the reason why. She hasn't been touring religiously since the album came out, she has been doing dates here and there. Other artists still find time to work on their promo and tour the same time so she has no excuse for that really. 

Its weird that she hasn't made more videos though, as that's something she loves doing. I'm hoping she will release more in the future as I think the fact she has been touring is probably whats stopped her promoting, lets be honest she doesn't like too many things at once haha. How long after did the National Anthem video come out after Born To Die and can anyone remember being shocked she released more videos late on after or did it just feel like part of the campaign.

Time to release G&M as a single. It isn't like Lana is fully into UV yet anyway...  

She's probably finished with it...... until a tour at least, but promo wise I doubt she will do anymore  :pft: :pft:

This does make me upset though as she needs to release videos for BB, OM etc, but somehow promo wise I think she is done. 

To be honest I think this will be great as part of the episode, she sounds German singing it to me and that's her character. I don't love the cover as I think she would sound better singing it in her own accent but that wouldn't make sense for the show so I'm not bothered really.

Its fit which is good, but until its confirmed I'm not believing anything because AHS could work any song into the show and make it work.

I can't wait for it, I need to know which episode it will be on though as Its annoying getting excited each week. Dot slayed on the last episode aswell, poor Bette, maybe she can sing 'Sad Girl', or maybe 'Born To Die' if she ---- Spoiler

Old Money wouldn't be a bad choice either for her character actually, if she uses the metaphor of ''Ill run to you'' as her wanting to be a star.

Young & Beautiful, although obvious, does sort of fit her character and is grand enough too, otherwise I'm thinking Born To Die or something. 

To be honest though it could really be a lot of her songs because the show adapts that well. I doubt anyone thought we would be seeing Sister Jude singing 'The Name Game' In Asylum but it happened.
