Staff will probably speak minimal English, you'll have to rely on people around you for help I arrived at seven pm the day before in Milan and I was 12th I arrived around eleven pm the day before in Rome and was 36th The barrier isn't straight, the staircase is in the middle and has a "pool" that curves around the staircase as it's a long staircase. This "pool" can ultimately hold around 20 people. If you want a good spot, it'll have to be the day before. Do not leave the queue after 12. Do not leave the queue after 12. It's messy, the queue probably won't start at the box office, but it will damn well get messy at the box office site. Trust me. Once the box office opens, the process is actually really slow for getting tickets, don't feel as though you need to rush this bit. People may not stay in order in the last queue (the queue is basically people that arrive early, then move to the box office, then move back to the original queuing place at the real line. Security will either be really nice or really shit about the queue. So don't risk leaving early. If a toilet is far away from the venue (one was close in milan but far in rome) then don't leave the queue until you're in the final queue. It will fuck you over. Don't take too much camping equipment unless you're prepared to bin it. Do not leave the queue for more than two - two and a half hours. It's unfair and rude. Check social media to see how many people have already arrived, I would maybe arrive even earlier for Spain because it might be a shitfest.
Basically - queuing with GA is to be as close to the front as possible. Queuing with VIP is to be as close to the centre as possible as that's where Lana is most likely to meet fans.

Yup, early entry standing for both and both were messy in their separate ways, by pool I mean the way the barrier is formed isn’t like other shows, instead of a straight barrier, there’s a semi-circle in the middle surrounding a long staircase that lana comes down. Although the barrier looked straight in Berlin, so it might have just been a milan/Rome thing

Thanks so much, @electra, that's really helpful. Did you have an early entry ticket for both shows? When you mention the "pool", are you talking about Palacio Vistalegre? Have you been there? Thanks again!

except for the promo concerts, Lana is never going to sing more than a couple full songs from any new album
as the song count stays the same, most people going to a show need to hear Video Games and Born to Die and a couple from each album,
and if she doesn't sing those specific songs, then they would be disappointed, especially in festivals as there are more than her biggest fans
there.
and she might have one song (say the 9th song (random number) where that song is changed every night and she might sing solo a few verses of
another
Almost every single unique star in music history (including those like Willie Nelson and Roy Orbison kept their set list the exact same save for 2 songs
their entire life (Willie's set list is still the same).
Imagine if Leonard Cohen didn't sing Hallelujah in all the shows he did when he was alive and touring
as for backing vocals- as Lana layers her vocals, how in hell could she sing the lead and backing vocals? Obviously she can't
Much like Queen and Elton John never sang the entire Bohemian Rhapsody & Funeral for a friend/Love lies bleeding as it is physically impossible
to be in 2 voices at the same time.
Again, it would be fine by me if there were no live concerts at all, and Lana stayed in the studio.
as Rick Nelson wrote and sang and said-
©Rick Nelson) -seems you can't please everyone, so you got to please yourself.
also- if she sang any of the duets without the other person, obviously their vocals would be piped in or someone would replace them.
I wouldn't want anyone else singing Sean's or Rocky's or Abel's or Stevie's vocals, and without their voices, the song isn't the same.
Especially Tomorrow Never Came.
(whereas when she sang National Anthem the video to it showing Rocky was played on the big screen)

She sang Yayo and Music To Watch Boys To, neither of which were in the Brixton set
And thanks, Toshi - I decided to stay put in the end!

Thanks! Yeah, it's weird (Hollyweird!).
Oh well. Thanks - and if you don't hear back from customer services, good luck indeed come Monday!
