Just from this, I'm getting the sense that this song may be about all of the disrespect she used to receive in 2012 (her last affair went brutally), but how she didn't let it bother her (I don't let them rain on my parade) and since then she's been able to create a strong, loving fanbase (I've got love on my side now.) She also admitted recently in one of her magazine issues that she's stepped away from her old "LDR" persona (I've got nothing to hide now.) As I've said many times before, it truly does seem like this album is meant to be a development from Born to Die. So many elements of LFL have been so reminiscent of it, except with her 2017 growth of mind. Here's a pico link if anyone wants to download. I also added the other take of "life's a dream" at the end. (Also, I think the lyric is "that's not my thing" rather than "not my fear")
