Didn't Lana say she had a lot of songs she wanted to put on Ultraviolence, but that her label said it was too much? I want to seem greedy, but how is 11 songs a lot? I'm sure there will a deluxe edition, though.

I'll be the first person to tell you HFK was an awful album, and I said it in that thread, so that's that on that. But what we're not gonna do is start scapegoating other awful albums to distract from the fact that Melodrama sounds like collection of great value brand Bright Eyes rejects mumbled over Bleachers increasingly generic and frankly boring production. I'm not going to sit here and be lied to about this album being an acceptable follow up to Pure Heroine. Maybe if she was Halsey releasing a shitty sophomore album would be acceptable, but she's not and she's proven she can do better than this and yet she still released this garbage.

Can't wait for her to drop the album mysteriously on iTunes,mention it once on insta saying "my favourite is the jazz, political song talking about the current climate/political affairs of our world leaders" and then does little to no promotion for it.
