I think people will like what they like but I also think everybody should keep their expectations extremely LOW or you'll end up disappointed...

Yes, I was just thinking this the other day. We need another iconic intro song to her album like Cruel World, Norman Fucking Rockwell, & Honeymoon. I feel like we haven't gotten a true iconic album opener from her in a while. I'm thinking the album opener starts off with the sickest instrumental that builds up and then Lana comes in with a snarky witty line that's going to be iconic and great.. lowk like A&W 

You can expect a follow-up to her latest, “Tough” with Quavo, very soon. In Del Rey’s own words: “We have two more coming out by the end of the year!”

I just listened to the album yesterday and ever since then I've been FLOORED.
IMAGINE OPENING AN ALBUM WITH A MASTERPIECE LIKE THAT AMERICAN REQUIEM IS.... Seriously I've been playing that like NON-STOP!
Also constantly replaying Bodygard, Daughter, Levii's Jeans, Ya Ya and every track from Desert Eagle to Amen. 
I am amazed. I am  not in love with every song yet. But hey, I was worried that this album would be all hillbilly lol. and woww am I glad I was wrong!?
 
Also #2: American Requiem is, in other words, this album's Virgo's Groove.😌 Those who get it get it. 
 

Just listened to Emotional Machine again and if the whole L+F sounded like this, Believe in Love, Handmade Heaven, Soft to Be Strong, End of the Earth, it could've been a masterpiece lol. Also will never forgive Lana for not accepting the collab ffs.

“The Right Person Will Stay” will become the longest wait for a Lana Del Rey project, with (at least) 789 days.

100%. By the sound of it, it'll be her slowest first single ever, even slower than LMLYLAW. I like the song, but there was a time in her career when this would have been unimaginable (West Coast, High by the Beach).
 
I was hoping she'll start the new era with a swooping, BIG song like Ride, West Coast, or even OB. Or heaven forbid a bop. Which is why a part of me is hoping Tough is actually the first single off the record, because it would be her first commercially successful lead single since Love, seven years ago. Not so incidentally, Lust for Life was the last album she had on Billboard #1. From then, she went to 3, 2, 8 and 3. An artist need a big single for the hype...
 
But then again, Lana clearly has zero fucks to give for how her sales/charts perform, as do her fans. So, Henry it is! Hopefully, it doesn't end up being mega slow and minimalist like "Now all those who wander are lost" or "Looking for America" because that would bring us to another 8th spot (Blue Banisters), or even lower. And yes, I know commercial success is not that important. But also, singles are there for a purpose...
 
Just look at what West Coast and Love did for those records.
