This is so sick I've never been this much into an artist as to like entire albums, Lana has something really catchy about her music, not to mention her image and persona

Andddddd Body Electric should've sounded like how she performed it for the first time. I'm not a fan of the production on the album.

god, I will never stop loving this song. It's what really opened the door for my love of her music and even now it's still pretty up there as far as play counts are concerned. I think I'm gonna go listen to it now... haha

Well Off To The Races is actually one of my favourite songs. Lolita, Off To The Races and West Coast (then a whole lot of unreleased songs that change all the time) are my favourites. Off To The Races was responsible (along with Lolita) for me joining this fanbase. It's really strange, Katy Perry is responsible for it because I discovered Lolita (the novel) by researching "Lolita glasses" which is what she called heart-shaped glasses. And if it weren't for me searching Lolita on Wikipedia one day (way after I was introduced to the book) and finding Lana's song, I wouldn't be here today. That is just long-story-short lol. 
But yeah, that is why Off To The Races is so important to me.

I just can't help it, each time I said 'Ugh, this song is horrible how could she made something like this' I found myself humming it the next day, and by the third day I knew the lyrics and had it on full blast on my speakers.

I just love all the cross-references to her other songs. I didn't get the HB references at first, but after listening to it a few times I did. Also, SOC is very similar to Backfire which is one of my favs.
 
The crowd's reaction during the bridge is literally giving me life! It's exactly how I felt when I heard the bridge for the first time. And thank god there doesn't seem to be a part with inaudible vocals and too loud guitar solos.

I think I understand what she meant by unlistenable. Listening to West Coast, Shades of Cool, and then Ultraviolence drained me emotionally, to be honest. Can't imagine how I'll feel after listening to it all the way through. This shit is dark.

1. I love how she is speaking Spanish so often now.
2. This son is like Hundred Dollar Bill meets Pin Up Galore. It's so haunting and dark.
3. Although I love it I really hope that Spanish vocals & usage of the word 'blue' aren't overused on the album.
4. Ultraviolence is so far the most lyrically diverse song of the era, West Coast is the most sonically diverse & SOC is the most vivid song of the ones we have so far.
