I used to listen to BOTDF a while back but I forgot about them  ... At least, I forgot about them until Dhavie Vanity fucking followed me on Twitter and I still don't know why...     
 
I was into pop/punk Paramore, Fall Out Boy, and Panic! At The Disco at one time and I occasionally go back and listen to their older stuff since imo it's their best. (Except Panic!'s latest album was great.)

I grew up listening to Marilyn Manson (and I got back into their stuff recently), Guns N Roses, My Chemical Romance, Blue October, Green Day, Sum-41, Blink-182... etc, etc. 

Does anyone know of Coheed & Cambria? They're pretty great. I used to really like Slipknot and Korn but recently I haven't listened to them much so...

When she mentions Pensacola, did she actually go there? I live in Pensacola and when I heard this song, I was like WTF!?!?!?! :DDD

She's in a goddamn wedding dress, people, really. Get over it. Omfg, you're lucky to have 5 (and hopefully more) videos for a record she was unsure about releasing this time last year. Seriously. If she doesn't wanna make a video that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars, its her choice to make, not fan-choice. 
 
I, for one, actually like the snippet we got. At least she's working on this record and who knows, we could end up with multiple videos for songs. Has everyone already forgotten last era? Who knows what we'll get for the record.

When does a bottle of Jim Bean drive a blue Chevy Nova? Hmmm? HMMMM? lmao

You know, if you connect BTD and Honeymoon's lyrics from "Mr. Born To Lose" and "You and I, we were born to die" and the song Jimmy wrote saying "If you think you were born to die, and it makes you not want to try, fall into my hands again" which makes it kind of obvious that those songs are about each other (unless he just so happened to write a song about a girl who claims that she was born to die, and Lana just so happened to write "You and I, we were born to die" into a song and name it her first album, jfc.) So if you connect Honeymoon's lyrics of "Mr Born to lose" and where she says "We both know the history of violence that surrounds you" to Ultraviolence's "Jim told me that, he hit me and it felt like a kiss... Jim raised me up, he hurt me but it felt like true love..." And of course, Hundred Dollar Bill... ("I like your ultraviolent swing, I like it when you treat me mean, you turn my mood from black to blue...")
 
I haven't read the Lanalysis OP in a long time so Idk if this was mentioned there or not, but my point is, the violent theme/connection throughout these few songs leads me to believe "smarty" is Jimmy. "Beat me and tell me that no one will love me better than you do"

I'm going to be honest, I LOVE THIS. I was never hyped for Roses except for the fact that it was so elusive. I always assumed it was going to be another ballad with really cliché lyrics that I'd never really care for. Aside from the rap, the song is amazing. I love it so much. The chorus is incredible, and I actually really love the lyrics too. This is definitely a song that exceeded my expectations since I wasn't too hyped for it and was expecting something completely different. Although it's probably an unpopular opinion right now, I think it's incredible. & I'm also still in such a shock that it leaked. Never thought we'd see the day for this one.
