I'm not saying she was! it's all speculation. The Reeve Carney thing is much more believable as there's is proof that they knew each other/had a relationship because of the amount of pictures they're in together and the fact he's shown in a Gramma video and so on. (I would put it the other way round, Reeve was the one she was in a relationship with a Jimmy was his best who she was sleeping with on the sly like in Get Drunk). But with Jimmy there is no actual proof apart from song he's mentioned in. I'm not stating any of this as fact, again its purely speculation.

Her and Barrie were really cute but I think they made each other kind of miserable or fed off each others misery. He does seem like a very depressed person and I can imagine that was hard for Lana to deal with. I don't buy that Lanz and Jimmy met for the first time in 2014 like he's trying to insinuate, there is too much that ties them together. But then again its all only on Lana's part, maybe she was just an obsessed fan and wrote about him a lot like some people think.
