I have no idea how to here but I will on twitter! It doesn't look awful by any means, just a little different than I was expecting from pics.

I got my shirts from her regular store today. The material/sizes of them is different and the cover picture one is printed way off. Gray on one side into black on the other. Like a bad printing and not at all like the pic of some else's I saw on twitter. I'm gonna have to call it distressed...

There are a couple new shirts already...

Even the surf shop logo has the 69 cherries I didn't even notice it lmao.

Yes! For major artists 40/shirt 80/hoodie is exactly what you would pay at a concert merch table. Some indie bands will sell for less. They are not "cheap" by any means but these are really kind of normal merch prices. Having said that there are the 2 shirts in her US store selling for $25 each including a download so... $35 is too much for 7 postcards too...

Got my green vinyl and tape today! The title on the tape is the full uncensored version, unlike the picture of it on her site.

Those cards are way nicer than those huge ass lithos from LFL...

Was there any announcement or anything btw? Or did it just go up at midnight or something? I never got an email that I signed up for. No biggie on that but I'm just wondering if it really is going to be up for 3 days only or until it sells out or anything? I'm pretty sure I'm done but just in case...

Ugh. I can’t believe I didn’t catch that. This is the correct answer.

I was kind of afraid it wouldn’t work at nearly the beginning of the album. It just seems like a natural closer to me. But nope. It sets the mood beautifully for the rest of the record. It does still sound fresh! It doesn’t overstay its 10 minutes by even a second.

I really think Vogues and Rolling Stones is another in her long line of americana/pop culture references. My ears aren't the best but they do not hear "folks" at all... Even though it kind of makes more sense with the partying references so what do I know.

Hmmm. That's not really clear if they're are putting it all online or just leftovers for everyone to scramble over. Either way I'm gonna be ready with my credit card if they go up!

I never heard the sublime version! I swear I thought she was really singing Lou Reed the first few times I heard it until I looked it up.

P.S. I almost forgot but did anyone else tear up when you first started listening to the whole thing? Not because of sadness in the music. But just the build up to it, and the emotional release of finally getting to hear it. She does that to me. I like it.

First listen favorites from the ones I've not heard before = Love Song, California, and Bartender. The whole thing is damn near perfect. I'm ready for this to be on repeat until every song is ingrained into my soul.
