IDK why anyone ressurrected a thread from 2012 hahaha but I think it's an interesting topic. I literally can not choose one because I have always looked to the album as a whole, more than a collection of songs individually. So if I list my favourites I'll end up listing all of them lol. However if I did have to choose one I'd probably go with Summertime Sadness (hope no one calls me a basic bitch haha) because I absolutely adore the video as well. This is What Makes Us Girls and National Anthem would complete my top 3.

Regardless, I don't think it's been too long since LFL. Not even two years, not a huge gap. Lana released her last album later than idk Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Adele, Halsey, Adam Lambert, Ed Sheeran,.... The problem is the fact it started and then it's like it went nowhere.

ive been tihnking of this for a while and recently now. His technical last release was a Lonely Together remix EP in Nov. 2017 so new music will be welcomed by many . cant wait

I think we shouldn't count a remix EP    so I would say his last release was the Avici01 EP on August 2017

As much as I absolutely loved Venice Bitch, I really wish she didnt start the promotion for the next album so soon after the LFL era/LA to the Moon Tour. Specially if it's taking so long to release.

Avicii was working on some new songs before she passed away and he played a lot of songs live which as of now remain unreleased. On June an album full of unreleased material will be released, and the first song will be released next week.

What are your thoughts on this? I personally I am very excited to hear it and I feel like it's very different than Michael Jackson's Xscape, for example, because the Avicii tracks are songs he intended to releases, not rejected demos that got reworked. Praying one of the songs on the album is Our Love.
