My main focus is the tracklisting and making it cohesive/like an actual album, so if you judge any of my cover arts, I will simply pretend you didn't  They function like an album, but also like a playlist if you ever wanna take a listen for yourself

Sweet Carolina was most likely the last track recorded, but I think that BBS was the last one finished. I always thought it was weird that insiders never had that song right before or right up until it leaked after the physicals came out early. It's interesting because this album was technically an 8 year process if you include the unreleased tracks + If You Lie Down With Me, but all of the newer songs seem to have been done in the span of a few months to a year or so

ik BBS was in the process of being written for quite a while via those voice memos, but i kind of think it was the last to be recorded and mastered bc most of the insiders who had the album had BBS until much later, like right before the album leaked. someone correct me if i'm wrong

I think Sweet Carolina! 

We have evidence she was working on the production for Arcadia on June 10, 2021, and Rob confirmed that Sweet Carolina was recorded live in one take on June 14, 2021, so it seems it was the track that tied the whole record together!

In all seriousness, though, I'm looking forward to this album more than I initially thought I would. I think it's a really good idea and could give us some great new covers and possibly new songs all together if she goes with the Cali/Country idea (which I also love) 

My dream next (or really at any point in time) Lana album would be one with a heavy jazz influence, even heavier than Honeymoon, with Mike Dean's production style mixed in as well as some of Emilie's classic style.
