Yep definitely side a > side b But side b has a lot of highlights and I’m liking Robin more than I did last night, I really might just need a little more time with these songs. I was going to list my highlights, but I’m realizing I was going to list more than half the tracks so I must not dislike it as much as I’m thinking I did

Okay I’m switching The The Prophecy - Cassandra - Peter - The Bolter run is really hitting me HARD. But I already know I don’t love Robin and The Manuscript because I heard them last night

It’s just a LOT. I’m glad I had an extra day and a half to soak in side A before getting both albums. 31 full length songs is a lot to try and take in Cassandra is hitting really hard I really like this one awe that is really cute!!

I think side A is just a quicker hit. I can do almost every single side A song without wanting the song to end, but I’m on The Prophecy right now and there’s only been 3 or 4 so far that’s been as immediate hit. Then again, this does feel very folklore and that admittedly is one of my least favorite albums

Yeah so far I’m wishing instead of a double album she would have done a folklore/evermore situation where she put out TTPD this month and TA in like September or October I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m really leaning towards Side A/Jack songs. Side B does have a lot of solid songs but idk it’s a BIT much I think

The only reason I know think she isn’t going to debut anything is because she hasn’t announced anything. The last time she surprise released a song was LMLYLAW and even then she told us that would be the first song we heard. She absolutely doesn’t count dropping the name and September release date at the Grammy thing as an announcement, and her team never once mentioned it. Like yeah it’s out there, but nobody really knows Lasso is coming Plus if she was debuting something tonight an insider would be giving us breadcrumbs. Even yesterday insiders were vaguely posting on ATRL about Taylor releasing extra songs. There is NO way she’s dropping anything soon while it’s all crickets and tumbleweeds right now

They’re so OB coded but this is the same man who teased his book of unreleased photographs of Lana for whatever Spirit II ended up being, so I wouldn’t put it against him to be doing the same thing again BUT the lasso/cowgirl picture we got last week with the lasso would fit with some of these pictures perfectly so

I stayed awake for the surprise at 2AM and then proceeded to fall asleep at like 2:15 I’ve only heard a handful of songs, and I was really tired when I did, but so far I like side A more than side B. But I’m so excited to actually listen today. only Taylor would manage to drop a whole second album so even the people who listened to leaks have a whole new album to listen to
