Good morning, happy Monday, and happy summer solstice!
 
BOZ hasn’t said the album is delayed yet so it’s still on in my eyes!
 
in just 13 days, we’re going to witness the shortest pre-release ever!! 

I had pretty much lost faith we were getting the singles when we did, and then bam, out of nowhere, there they were! And she posted about them hours later with no caption, and then deleted it. I can definitely see her not making a fuss about the album. 
 
Also, like two weeks ago BOZ said he hates talking about Lana because she changes plans so much and so quickly, so if he decided to give us info when he did, he had to have gotten some concrete info. He hasn’t been wrong yet! (Mentioned the tracks weren’t produced by Jack, told us the era was staring in two weeks) 
 
Lastly, he said the album name probably changed, and Lana hasn’t announce the new name yet, but the press release last month called the album “the fourth coming album” and didn’t call it BB so it’s very possible she’s known for awhile about the name change and hasn’t wanted to announce it.

I admittedly have been more team Delulu than I usually am, but we’ve already been served 3 songs and BOZ just said last week we might have avoided a delay, and if it is delayed I’m sure BOZ will tell us. This just feels different than it has the last couple albums..In March when Lana was in Texas, she said she was done and recording new songs, Mike has said they’ve wanted to work together on more projects, polyrecords did repost the announcement (yes they deleted it but still!).

she didn’t submit the album to be pressed until the end of October. The earliest we could have gotten it without the delay was late December early January. She also shot a video in July for TJF that we’ll probably never see 
 
she already has a professional video for this era (assuming it’s not scrapped) so she’s already ahead of the game

I don’t get how the general consensus of “I can’t believe she’s doing this” isn’t about surprise releasing 3 singles with the same selfie edited 3 different ways. BOZ already said it wasn’t music/lyric related. 
 
also, I can definitely see her surprise releasing the album July 4th. She did it with the singles, and she’s wanted to surprises release an album since White Hot Forever.

I think Neil might work with Lana again for LDR8. He’s at her house right now (he posted her birthday cake to his story just now) and usually whenever he’s hanging out with her, he’s usually peripherally working with her (for example, he wasn’t really hanging out with her in 2018/2019 and he evidently wasn’t involved with NFR’s visuals). 

Even if there's still nothing new on the store I think the changes mean something. Why would they update 3 month old stuff anyway? I think they are setting everything up for LDR8 We also have boz saying it's likely that we avoided the delay... (and he said that we could expect a delay when he first spilled about the album) so a lot of things happened behind the scenes these months
