Same thought process, except in my mind WHF is more about diamonds/white heat than stars (although there's an obvious correlation there). But it all refers to a high level of emotional intensity, and beginnings and endings, if you like.
 
I personally prefer WHF as an album title but given recent events, I understand why she changed it.
 
Imagine if, in Question for the Culture, she'd said, "I'll be elaborating upon all of this and more in my upcoming album, WHITE HOT FOREVER".

She'll reinstall it on September 4th to give us an album cover and tracklist.

I think so too. That track was in all of her latest COCC posts, and Ben posted it too (and he only posts upcoming singles).
There is a good chance that leaks will be avoided if the physical release isn’t on September 5 but later on. Her last two albums were leaked because of Universal’s early shipments (bravo, geniuses).
