  1. I've actually had a very similar thought before regarding Lana saying yes/accepting whatever comes her way/doing what other people want. It often seems like she will literally do almost anything a fan asks (some things that come to mind: the video where she calls the fan poor when asked, when she gets picked up and spun in a circle, any time she hits a fan's vape upon request, singing Snow on the Beach with that fan in the airport, etc). And then this note definitely adds more possible depth to that theory. Of course it is all conjecture, but I could totally see young philosophy degree Lana coming up with that or something similar as a way to live. It would explain how she ended up in some very interesting scenarios that don't always seem to make sense when you look at the timeline of her early life and could fill in some of what happened during that mid-2000s nebulous period. I will note that it also reminds me of "Yes Man", a movie that came out in 2008 but was also a book that came out in 2005. It's a long shot, but possible she could've read that? I would absolutely love to know more. But for now, theorizing is fun. On a darker note, it could be more of a people pleasing tendency or inability to stick up for herself, so I don't mean to make light of it if it's that, but I think there's something to what Elle said.
  2. June 15th of this year - my boyfriend and I were driving back from a road trip and stopped at a really cool bird sanctuary. I got to play with and hold a cockatoo
  3. Just in case anyone doesn't want to scroll to find it, Lana replied: "B!tch I know the Bible verse for verse better than you do. PS you’re giving off super gremlin energy. Not in a good way."
  4. At both this show and SF she skipped the line "dying young and then playing hard" do you think it's on purpose/she's not wanting to associate with that mindset anymore?
  5. I'm loving the analyses of the "Hope" performance. Does anyone have further ideas/interpretations regarding the part where the three dancers and Lana are in a line and take turns turning the head of the person in front of them? And then Lana talking to the CIA agents? I did really like the Marilyn interpretation, as I totally believe that Lana could base the performance off of that, but just wanted to welcome any additional ideas. I also noticed she changed lyrics. Not sure if it was intentional or she just semi forgot the words, but I'd lean towards intentional. Live Lyrics: "There's a new evolution, a quiet revolution that I saw Born of confusion, and quiet collusion of which nothing I know I'm a weak constitution, but a modern day woman but I've got Monsters still under my bed that I could never fight off I'm like a gatekeeper carelessly keeping my tales with the lights off" Album Lyrics: "There's a new revolution, a loud evolution that I saw Born of confusion and quiet collusion of which mostly I've known A modern day woman with a weak constitution, 'cause I've got Monsters still under my bed that I could never fight off A gatekeeper carelessly dropping the keys on my nights off" I'll also note that when she says "Of which nothing I know", it's when it seems like she's giving a statement to the CIA agent. Then they lean forward as if to threaten her, so it makes it seem like she is being intimidated into not speaking about something. This could tie into the Marilyn theory. I don't know much about her story, but in googling, it seems as though there are conspiracies that the CIA killed her for knowing too many secrets, so maybe Lana is being like "nope I don't know anything" as self-preservation. Am I looking too deep? Probably, but it's interesting and the conspiracy theorist in me is coming out. Lol

Hi, just wondering how did you get a ticket for £1? I'm going to London soon, so wondering if you have some secret deal lol
  7. What's on Lana's pinky finger? Does she have a tattoo there or something written in pen?
  8. Do we know if Lana really lived in Alabama during the dates in the above screenshots? (Mid-January 2008 through April 2008?) I am intrigued about the significance of Alabama in her life, especially since it is mentioned in multiple songs and she is there currently It does look like she didn't have any live shows during that time period so there's no conflicting evidence that she had a show in NY then, etc. But I also saw a picture that was supposedly from Feb 2008 where she was in a recording studio in NY.
  9. How are people even finding these new dates? I'm seeing them posted by a Lana fan account on Instagram, but where do they get the info from?
