The way MAC was the first single for NFR and "a taste of whats to come" even though it came out 11 months before the album is painful, how did we make it through that era?

The tracklist announcement is always a BIG moment for me. I am very not that difficult with the album covers (I basically love all of them except the Paradise one that I find too much alike the BTD one, and way too photoshopped). But the first snippet / first single is MONUMENTAL: it’s basically a taste of things to come.

A little info on Joanna for anyone interested - she isn't related to Lana through immediate birth, but the exact relation is still unclear. She's most likely a longtime friend.
Her instagram handle is @jobie_s (Jobie Smith)
On her page, she has photographs of both of her parents, neither of which are Patty nor Rob. (Her father has actually been deceased for a few years now.) So this clears up the speculation of her being related as an immediate sibling to the Grants.
She mainly seems to be a close friend of Chuck's, with lots of photos of her & Chuck posted dating back as early as 2013 when her account was created. There's a few with her, Chuck, & Lana as well.
Through her photo locations, she appears to have once lived in Lake Placid when she was younger & possibly in NYC as well, but more recently in Washington DC, Philadelphia PA, and Maryland.
So, we can confirm this isn't a "long lost sister" but rather a longtime friend of the Grant sisters. A sister in spirit, if you will.

I have no proof whatsoever and it's only my opinion, but the distinctive angle of the little girl's eyes looks similar to Joanna's, and the age also matches up (Lana described her as being younger than her and Chunk):
