im not here for another lyrical snoozefest miss swift, give me strong melodies and dark vibes
you’ll enjoy the back half of the album more than the first 4 songs I think -
SpoilerYou can tell she was inspired by touring for this album. It’s so theatrical. It’s meant to be played with full production in front of a live audience. I hope she adds a TTPD set to the Eras.

Some people really can’t let us have nice threads, can they. Oh well. This thread could’ve been so cute. I enjoy this friendship immensely.

SpoilerOk @Fingertips I owe you an apology (
for many things, I think, but anyways) THE ALCHEMY IS HITTING -

I'm telling ya they’re getting sent to record stores like they did for Midnights. -

The best part about being a Swiftie is the music, not the cult of personality. It’s an album release not The Rapture. Would Taylor die for my sins? -

I don’t care if you want to be spoiled/listen to leaks or not. Good for you for having the self control.
But you don’t get to tell me who’s a “real Swiftie” when I have an embarrassing quantity of physical copies on the way and am not sharing the leaks further, and simply listening for my own enjoyment. -

I haven’t either. I have 2 vinyls and a CD I’m (not) expecting (anytime soon) -

https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taylor_Swift
The "Pickles" and "100000000000000 yrs old" is sending me.
Related to the discourse:'I can do It with a broken heart' feels so out of place sonically to me compared to the rest of the album?? 'My boy...favorite toys' piques my interest.
I like the alchemy sonically, but the uh...sports iconography in the lyrics are a little on the nose.
That's all my notes for now.
what kinda bootlegged Wikipedia are you using? Is simple unprotected? -

I keep trying to edit the grammatical errors in your posts because I keep thinking I made them 💀
Sorry that came across meaner than I intended it.

girl just listen to the original version. We're not Twitter Swifties, no one's judging you for it

SpoilerI feel like "Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me?" is partly and indirectly about the Matty situation. I bet she made him sign a bunch of NDAs, he went off on her, "who's afraid of little old me?" was born
-
Spoiler"So Long, London" sounds kinda like "The Archer" production wise. Which feels to me like "So Long, London" is what Lover-Taylor's worst fears are
-
I don't think we have production credits for any of the tracks yet tbh - just writer credits. Jack and Aaron could've both done multiple songs together
Spoilerand sonically, that's believable
