She finally acknowledged the award, we are a step closer to seeing her in the event

I want (in no particular order): - A guitar based record with beautiful melodies and lyrics (songs like UFB). You know like songs she'd sing with a guitar sitting by a campfire on a summer night. - A record that sounds like the original Honeymoon. Lush but with nice drums and beats. She has a tendency to always remove drums for some reason (Lucky Ones demo hi) - Whatever LFL was supposed to be. We deserve an album like LFL demo and BAR. Witchy music when? - The classics: either a jazz album or an alt rock one (with TLSP please) - Now wishful thinking: a full on trap album with NO features. Just her rapping and singing everything

This reminded me of how good the Honeymoon era was. Everything was so well thought and the pre release had the perfect lenght. I wish the next record was planned like this. Sadly because of vinyl there's no way we don't get info like 4 months before so a "surprise" release is not happening

Hollywood for sure cause she said it herself in a live. She seem to really like Serial Killer and Paradise cause she sang them on tour but I don't think she will release those ones Nicole is the queen of photoshop wasn't the long neck picture hers too? I think the issue with the BB cover is that her chin doesn't exactly align with her face and that's why it looks a bit off if you focus on that

She either continues the singer-songwriter route or goes into something completely different. She has so many projects in mind so who knows what's next. I have a feeling she's not going to be as autobiographical in the next record as she was in BB. She said she can't write about some things about her family yet and I don't think we'll get another "I'm tired of the fame" record. Also I refuse to believe that she hired Mike Dean just for 1 song that ended up being a piano ballad.

I miss her she deserves a big break after putting out albums non stop since 2012 (even 2 this year) but I can't get enough The endless pre releases since 2019 were a bit tiring but it was also exciting to check LB every night like it was the news to see if something happened Let's hope we end the year with a taste of the covers album and start the next one with a BTD 10th anniversary re release

Blue Banisters just got another two 80/100 reviews from Mojo and Uncut Magazine. They both count for metacritic

She wasn't even sure about the concept of the album so I don't think it's coming this year but I can see her releasing one of the covers towards Christmas

The first time I listened to Yosemite I was like "why wasn't this left unreleased" and now it's one of my favourite Lana songs overall

It sucks that we have to wait til January but the songs are bops tho. Future Starts Now didn't click with me at first but these 2 sound like instant hits in my mind. They have the best of era 1 + clarity

The constant repetition and same-y instrumental throughout the song is actually my favourite thing about Yosemite. It matches the message of the song and her storytelling about things not changing at all. But I understand why some people wouldn't care about the song that much tho

Just the thought of Emile x Mike Dean x a possible Kali Uchis collab... Are we getting a sluttier and more cinematic honeymoon?

Lana needs to finally release a song using On Our Way's chorus (and no, IYLDWM doesn't count cause I don't see the similarities at all )

It's all fun and games until she doesn't actually announce a new album after releasing the newest one. We were so spoiled

There's nothing wrong with wanting Lana to go a little upbeat again. You can both like some bops and appreciate her ballads. My favourite Lana albums are Honeymoon and Chemtrails/BB but I still miss some of the BTD and 2010-2012 unreleased energy.
