There's nothing wrong with piano ballads (I mean look at Bel Air, Old Money, Bartender etc etc.) but we literally got 4 songs and only 1 was "just" piano. If she gave us 5 LMLYLAW in a row I'd maybe understand the criticism but we know BB is not that (and neither were NFR or Chemtrails).

She is releasing 2 albums in the same year cause Chemtrails was delayed. If it was released late 2020 (as it was planned) releasing an album just 1 year after the last one wouldn't be a weird thing to do for Lana

I think labels care more about total sales than chart placement. She is going to sell the same amount, just in different weeks. With vinyl shipping a week later they are also securing a good second week. I think she can easily outsell Elton just with CDs, streaming and digital sales tho, the problem are older albums that are still going strong in the top 5. Also I don't think Lana disappearing from social media will have that much of a negative impact on sales. People that want to listen to it will regardless of Lana reminding them the album is coming or not. She doesn't do that much promo herself anyway. She would just post a link and that's it

Boz said Arcadia was piano only and that he considers The greatest a ballad so we still have no idea how the album could sound (+ the credits seem incomplete if you contrast what's there and what we heard in the already released songs). I think it's just a matter of time full production credits leak/are released so we'll see. Maybe as the unreleased songs were late additions to the album they didn't get the full credits or something (even though it's been some time)

We have to keep looking for any random website that sells BB to see if they uploaded the production credits there too
