Every time the "Dealer art or trash" conversation starts I feel more tempted to listen to it The album can't come soon enough. I think I'll love it even if it's weird and not very melodical just for the screaming

If it's a recorded performance I hope it's actually live. LMLYLAW was cute but it was basically a MV with a slightly different version of the song Manifesting a full recorded concert where she performs all 4 released songs

Oh so it's not the actual CD case that's signed (at least on that german site)

Spain lost once again. We never get signed stuff and I'm hesitant to spend more money on shipping than on the actual thing I'll sign the vinyl myself I guess

My predictions on the unheard tracks: - Black Bathing Suit: The placement of the Interlude just before this song can't be random and I'm sure it was well thought so this one is going to be a sultry trap infused track. Not straight up Summer Bummer trap but with similar beats to 13 Beaches or Cherry. About the lyrics I think she'll sing about feminity and the desire to be submissive in some aspects of her relationship (qftc allusion). Bonus: It's actually about going to the swimming pool with Jenny and Nikki and she's wearing a black bathing suit. - If You Lie Down With Me: Midtempo guitar track. Not slow but starts acoustic with a great build up UV-style. I'm sure the bridge will be iconic. The lyrics are either about sex (inviting her partner to get to bed) or "everything will get better if you lie down with me" - Beautiful: It's so simple I can't really predict anything. The title makes me think "piano ballad" but Lana is unpredictable so maybe she'll rap or whatever. I think it's going to be a counterpart to Black Beauty where she sings about little things that make her happy. Bonus: It's about self esteem and how she loves herself even though people are always hating on her. - Violets For Roses: This screams HM lush production to me. Lyric wise I though it was about a lover lying or misleading her but after some of the lyrics "leaked" I'm not sure about the direction anymore. Bonus: It's an angry rock diss track that goes straight into Dealer. - Sweet Carolina: A piano lullaby about her family. Hypnotic cause it interpolates fragments of Rob, Chuck and Alana talking in the back looped like the creepy kids of Bel Air. The title is a triple "pun" about Chuck's name, a vacation with her family in North Carolina, US and the Neil Diamond song.

Happy 200 pages! I can't believe this album is finally coming and we are only a month + a day away from it

Don't they usually post the full credits and track lengths with the preorders? I'm afraid we'll have to wait until the release to find out all of that (or a booklet leak ) Boz saying that Text Book is pretty much the longest song makes me think there's another one that's ~5 min long tho

Maybe Lana got her way of describing music as something totally different to the actual thing from her father

It's so weird/funny that he said "hypnotic" cause I was really expecting a very acoustic slow song. Maybe it's hypnotic as in dreamy (similar to Bel Air)

Wait so does Rob have vocals on the song or he just composed the piano piece?

I think someone said one of the snippets feature a part of a Lana verse that is nowhere to be found on the full song that leaked so maybe the album version is solo. I haven't listened to it tho so I don't know if it's true but there's no reason to lie about that I guess

You Can Be The Boss lol. I was so confused when it wasn't on the album cause she even performed it live. Also I used to listen to music on Youtube back in 2012 so I didn't even realize I had been listening to Yayo (the pre BTD version) and Diet Mountain Dew demo instead of the album versions

Still wondering about what Cherry Blossom take is she going to use for the album. Maybe it's an unheard take 8 or something

Nothing will ever beat OTTR in terms of uptempo songs but I find TJF miles better than CG lyrically I prefer the latter but sonically it didn't age that well (and the studio version was lowkey a disappointment compated to the snippets but I blame her speakers on that)

I personally love how in your face (in your eardrums (?) ) the chorus of Arcadia is. It's like she's screaming at me But I understand that some people could dislike that. I think it's because the song was probably recorded in only a few takes (maybe even one) and had little to none corrections done (like pitch, volume etc). You can really tell by the way the second verse sounds cause it's a bit flat when she comes from the first chorus and how it's not even the same as the first one. It's almost like it was a live recording and I honestly love the intimacy and vulnerability of it

There's also 4 vinyl variants this time (with 3 amazing covers) so some people will get at least 2 different ones based on the cover (or even 3 or 4 to collect every cover/variant) so I think it's going to sell even more than Chemtrails vinyl-wise. Even if she doesn't get the number 1 she'll have at least two good weeks. I wonder if this was premeditated or Friday was the earliest they could ship the vinyl in the US

I really hope we get something with a nice MV (manifesting Thunder). If not I'll just finally listen to Dealer and pretend that she released it the week before the album
