I decided to enter my willpower wildflower wildfire era and not listen to (I didn't even listen to the Arcadia snippet Lana posted) but I have a question:

I finally managed to catch up and I have to say that the new song titles are so interesting to me. Also is this her horny era? Omg pages were literally going up faster than I could read/LB could load. Last thing I know is that someone found the vinyls, the alternate covers and the fucking tracklist . I'm not going to read anything yet I'll wait a few hours for Lana to post it so I can test my self control this time. I'm crying laughing. If you shazam Arcadia it tells you they couldn't find anything but it takes them like 2 seconds to do so. If you shazam another unknown song it's 10-15 seconds of searching until you get the "error" message. I'm sure it's in the database already but it's hidden so we can't find the tracklist Someone please try it too. Maybe it's just my app but it's so funny.

I'm a bit late on the marketing/physicals release discussion but I think there's no way it's coming in October (vinyl and such). The 2-3 week delay between digital and physical would make no sense cause she would easily outsell Elton and Coldplay (their last albums didn't even reach top 5). Also there were a couple of other dates with no big competition anyway. I guess they are coming towards the end of the year. As long as the album is available in ~ a month I'll be happy tho

I don't think the piano sounds bad tho. It's no Bartender or Bel Air but it still sounds better than Jack's muffled notes And the glitchy drums at the end sound like fireworks/burning wood to me. A perfect climax for a perfect song.

I wonder if the version we have is just an early demo cause the lyrics makes no sense to me (even though I love them). It almost feels like she's singing to a lover or something. Also the "darling I never meant to defy you" and the bridge(s). It almost feels like a frankenstein of a song. Maybe that Jane girl was just an inspiration but it's not actually about her entirely (but I think she calls her living legend on the UV booklet too so Idk)

Based on Lana's previous schedules I can say almost for sure that today is tracklist reveal day. The trial by fire of lustforlife, boz and any other insider that has been feeding us information for the past months/weeks. Excited to see Boom like That and Roll With Me (On The Radio) as tracks 1 and 2. Let the meltdowns begin

If that's their strategy they are honestly clueless... To get nice streams you need big promo, playlisting and hype and Lana's being as lowkey as ever lately. When Billie's album dropped I had notifications pop up literally in every section of the Spotify app begging me to listen to the album. When Ariana dropped you couldn't find a big playlist without her singles and 2-3 album tracks. Streaming is very easily manipulated and it doesn't really reflect 100% the popularity/success of an album. Lana shines in pure sales and it's kinda sad that she's going to debut with like 10k (in the end the sales will be the same tho, just spreaded out). Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have her debut at number 999 and continue making amazing albums cause that's what matters the most to me (and to her). The positive thing is that maybe this means no more delays and she'll be able to release future projects as soon as she has the music ready.
