Also wouldn't it make more sense to release tomorrow instead of Friday since sza has a whole album coming out? She's not huge but she's really popular and it's not like Lana is going to compete with anyone chartwise but more people are going to listen to it if there aren't that many things coming out. I know Lana doesn't care but it seems the smarter thing to do... and I don't want to wait 2 extra days

I think this is going to be like Chemtrails rollout but shorter (first song now instead of October). The website is going to update with just the single and we may get the album title but I don't expect the actual preoder until early next year with another single. Unless... she announces everything tomorrow and we get a single now, another early next year (just a "promo" track) and the final one with the album in March

I've never seen so much taste in a single post Arcadia an Yosemite are some of my favorite songs and it makes me happy to see them praised since a lot of people find them bad/boring (which I still respect but don't agree with)

I don't think that particular title is pretentious or trying to be edgy it's just overly long and she could have cut the "did you know that" part out. But I do agree that long titles tend to be pretentious

Wasn't Traces Of You the alleged title of that other unknown snippet that leaked a bit after the other ones? It sounded like a more finished version of Fingertips so maybe that's the real opening track title

It's so funny that we know almost nothing about the album but the lead single is the only song we had a clue about (other than Rockefeller ofc)

But Chemtrails is right there

The single is probably all we're going to get this year but it's enough for me. If she doesn't reveal anything about the album we'll get the announcement and preorder really early next year anyway

We need to keep our eye out for selener that other new insider that spilled today. I doubt boz would have said all that if it wasn't for the other person spoiling it (he probably felt his position of Lana insider threatened ). What I find weird is that why would Lana announce a single 2 days before? She always either releases it the same day or teases them for almost a month... so maybe it is coming Wednesday and they just assumed it would be released on Friday cause it's the standard? If they knew all that they probably also knew about the date but let me dream I can't wait more days

If all we get on Wednesday is the single announcement (since we know the actual song is out friday) the cover better be stunning. I hope we also get a teaser of a potential MV or something else cause the wait is even longer now
