I think expressing yourself through art is a great healing method, so if she's in a state similar to those years, I'm sure this album and the poetry can really help her getting things off her chest.

Violet is really an important piece of her whole artistic vision, like, we've always heard her talking about becoming a poet and doing what she loves the most! So now that she finally achieves that we shouldn't treat Violet as something minor or unimportant, in fact, I believe Norman's actual sister is Violet and I'm so looking forward to both Chemtrails and their sibling Behind The Iron Gates! I can only imagine how good those two would complement each other

Mermaid Motel vs Every Man Gets His Wish

Okay! Since we started with unpopular album opinions here are some of mine: BTD: Blue Jeans is very hyped, still a great song though. Without You should've been in the standard edition and it would've been a better single than Blue Jeans was. Diet Mountain Dew feels like it belongs to AKA and so does Lolita, good songs but I don't see how they fit in with the rest of the album. Paradise: a masterpiece, she could take a break from albums and still release EPs from time to time because this one is one of her most cohesive releases she has put out there
-
I like NFR but out of all Lana's work did it really have to be the most critically acclaimed? Having the general public not appreciating her other stuff that much (besides BTD) feels like such a let down imo.

It's a nice song and I don't think it's repetitive like some say it is (it's actually hard for me to find a Lana song I don't like) but it really feels like so many outtakes could use its place in the album. Also with how big of a sound all of UV had it kinda feels like it's missing something?
-
i don't see a lot of Jump appreciation, it's a catchy and funny song and one of my personal favorites from AKA. besides in the video there's some clips that clearly are an inspiration for West Coast's video! it's always cool to see how she translates her pre-Lana work into her latest stuff.

Yeah I was trying to keep the same number of tracks on each version

Maybe erase Guns And Roses from existence? I feel like you could put Flipside in it's place and maybe add Fine China where Flipside originally is? Would feel a lot more cohesive having Is This Happiness and a song similar to it next.
