    Carly Rae Jepsen

I'm listening to her discography for the first time and Tug of War is better than I expected. It's very chill and pretty. My favorites are Bucket, Tug Of War, Heavy Lifting, Sunshine On My Shoulders and Worldly Matters. I had only listened to Emotion a couple times before so everything will sound fresh to me (even Emotion cause I never really paid that much attention to the non singles)
  3. So... which Wild One mix do you guys think she's considering to include on the album this time? 2012 or 2015?
  4. I swear, this is totally possible. I remember almost everyone thinking that the LMLYLAW UV demo tea was fake but then... Same with DBJAG and NAWWAL being NFR scraps.

Right now, I can't get Ooh Ooh Baby out my mind, before it was Perfect Lover. I'm always changing my favorite song from it. What's yours?

I hope we get another chapter of the Touch My Body - Girl Like Me saga in the next album
  7. I loved your backstories for each track, absolutely fantastic! I'm picking Mother Mary, Dracula and Sunday.
  8. This is the one that's rumoured to be Question for the Culture part 2 Anyway, "Come As You Are" (2007) Acoustic Nirvana cover, very dark sounding (Get Drunk vibes), studio recorded "No Fucks" (2018) Club-concept stage of the NFR sessions outtake, trap pop with some Y2K vibes (think of Britney's Outrageous), rap pre-chorus, ethereal bridge with pre Born to Die era sounding vocals. Lana tried to get Ariana Grande on the track at some point but the feature never happened.

I haven't left my Blackout obsession era yet.
  10. Leak Lacoste Over My Body (2024 Lasso Rework)
  11. I remember someone once shared an edit without the bridge, does anyone still have it? I've been dying to find it for months.
  12. Let's be honest, Lasso is not coming any time soon and we've been on a seemingly endless leak drought since 2022 with only very few actually good moments/mass leaks ever since. Lots of grails were found, most of the stuff we all prayed for for years is leaked now. There's a lot that's yet to leak though, but it's not like, at least, outtake-wise we can expect a lot (excpet post-HM). We got lots of titles too, even if we don't have the songs. So let's have some fun and create our own hypothetical Lana Del Rey songs/demos with titles, lyrics, lenght, info/addicional tea, years and stuff. You can even create the songs or snippets using ai to give life to them, though it's not required! I'll start: "Pretty Baby" (2013) Tropico sessions, only the "pretty baby" lyric and melody from For K Part 2 was recicled for the chorus, acoustic ballad a la Nectar of the Gods, lyrics share some parallels with Yayo and is tematicaly similar, gorgeous backing vocals. "Tarantino" (2011) Unused instrumental from the later Born To Die sessions, she never wrote the lyrics, very Western influenced with trap elements and great orchestra, could've been Dangerous Girl part 2 but even better. "Vicious" (2009) Originally written for a Britney Spears's Circus follow up but never picked up, there are two demos from that time and a rework from Lust for Life sessions with updated lyrics and production, dark electropop a la She's Not Me with Jealous Girl femme fatale vibe but sexier, lots of whispered vocals and she uses more lower register in comparison to her other stuff from that time. Groupie Love - Honeymoon demo (2015) Recorded in the later sessions with Paradise and Dead to Me, sounds like Lust for Life demo meets Freak and Cry Kill Die, solo demo, beautiful HM era vocals, the strings are beautiful, some different lyrics and a bridge.
  13. Tbf, HD final sounds more like a demo with all those random badly placed loops than the actual demo.
  14. She should cover Bela Lugosi's Dead during LG7 era, it would be just perfect with her lower register vocals and hardstyle/techno/industrial instrumental. Kinda like how she did with I'm Afraid of Americans on Enigma
  15. Abracadabra gives off big d energy
  16. I still need it so much #ChaosAngelTrutherForever #LG5IsAliveAndBreathing #FrankensteinedOnLG7
  17. 1. Say Yes to Heaven (James Ford Demo - not the HM version but it's my favorite and it fits) 2. California '14 3. Beautiful People (Demo 3) 4. Cry Kill Die 5. Come With Me 6. Crazy For You 7. If I Die Young 8. Life is Beautiful (2015 Version - not an outtake but it's from that time and it fits the vibe)
  18. LG7 tracklist concept 1. Open the Gates (Intro) 2. Dance in the Shadow 3. Black Heart 4. Hollywood Undead 5. Lunatic 6. ABRACADABRA 7. Frankensteined 8. Metals (Interlude) 9. Mustang 10. Notorious Being 11. The Devil 12. Blood 13. Girlfriend 14. Sacrifice 15. Chaos Angel 16. Let There Be Light
  19. Tropico (UV Disc 2) 1. Living Legend 2. Pink Champaigne 3. Is This Happiness 4. Dragonslayer 5. Earthquakes 6. West Coast (Radio Mix) 7. Summertime 8. Unidentified Flying Bill 9. Lake Placid 10. Cherry Blossom 11. Nectar of the Gods 12. Chelsea Hotel No. 2 13. .Say Yes to Heaven 14. Some Things Last a Long Time I Talk to Jesus, Your Girl, Fine China, Ave Maria, Flipside, AFFA and Cult Leader go to the main UV tracklist
  20. I'm still looking foward JFK final even though the demo we have is kinda of pretty good already, it only needs some polishing in the mix + mastering and maybe better sounding instrumentation
