anything remotely negative that happens involving Lana is always blamed on her, multiple """news""" sites were questioning whether the Dallas gig cancellation was actually because of the weather....this is probably going to come back and bite her soon

Eh, the mainstream media barely pays attention to her anymore and the only people who would really know about this are her hardcore fans. I think it's a cool-looking necklace and it fits a lot of her music so I'd like them to start selling them again.

to be fair, aren't minors supposed to be accompanied at gigs? or do different countries have different laws? idk its dumb anyway imo

Well it's been taken off shelves already, but it doesn't matter that much. It's not like minors are genuinely going to see this and start doing coke. She already sells whiskey flasks and lighters, in her defence.

And... does that excuse her for trying to use Lana as a promotional tool for her book?

No idea. She wears a sheer double-pocketed blouse with a lace red bra and poppy print skirt, so you'll need to find replacements for those. The blouse can be quite double gendered. Instead of a skirt, how about some shorts? You could either get the specific skirt and sew it up or buy a similar pair.

While I doubt that there will be many "male" shorts that are poppy-printed, you could always give female shorts a go if you feel confident in them. Patterns like these are quite similar as they contain a lot of orange tones which is IMPORTANT for this type of skirt. Red by itself is TOO heavy in my opinion and takes away from any similarities between the Jane Norman print, so if you find anything and you want it to be similar aim for more orange tones with hints of red and green.
The shoes from this shoot can't be seen at all, but I wear bright red trainers with ankle socks. Trainers in an ankle-converse (as in the lowest down you can get them, similar to vans!) style if you catch my drift? The red brings out the red of the skirt and the bra which I feel looks pretty.
I'm not amazing with fashion but I'm quite art-sy so that is what I came up with when piecing it together. Hopefully you'll agree! If not, just say. I'm opening to -trying- to help. haha.

Well to be honest, Paradise and Ultraviolence were a bit of a mess in terms of cinematography. With the introduction of this book, hinting at the beginning of the Honeymoon era, we can maybe hope she's got a solid narrative for this one. If not, she's just hopelessly in love.
But from the sounds of this person, we can make the assumption that they're the same person as the person that cheated on Lana with several other women, and then we can assume some of these girls were Spanish. We know she's very iffy around Spanish girls and is very jealous ("I paint my nails black, dye my hair a darker shade of brown, cause you like your women Spanish, dark strong and proud") or just wants to be more like the girls he's lusting over. We can definitely assuming she is trying to reassure herself in Honeymoon but still feels they've not made it out.
I definitely know that when you're in love, you just want it to be perfect. Everything you don't like you just wish would go away and when it doesn't you keep wishing and dwelling. That's what she's doing. She's constantly dwelling on it.
I feel bad for her, but I do also hope she takes it up a level.

Violets in your eyes may be a reference to drugs. A tell tale sign in drug use is always the eyes, and Lana has previously mentioned violet pills. The violet in "his" eyes may be a reference to "his drug use, whoever he is. The roses in her thighs might reference American Beautiy.
I actually like the chorus a lot symbolically. It can be interpreted that her lover, even in the most blissful period of a relationship (the Honeymoon) is still not committed to her. She does not trust him and might have issues with her self esteem. Dark blue speaks volumes in the sense that it feels bleak and barren.
For me, it reminds me of a night sky. Similar to "Dreaming away your life". While you all might not agree, this is just what I feel when I read it. The idea of the dreaming makes me think of starry skies and the dreaming of it away makes me think of shooting stars fading away into the dark blue night - how it's not suppose to last forever and how it dies out so quickly.
One thing I am going to say about her lyrics as a whole is repetition is used to emphasise an idea or a message. She repeats things for a reason, and what it speaks to me in Honeymoon is the idea that she NEEDS reassurance to make it out.

So, apparently, the new Lana Del Rey Rosary Necklace added to the tour merchandise today....store cocaine?
It's similar to the rosary in the film "Cruel Intentions". It apparently has a spoon to scoop cocaine out of the heart, which is detachable (which was shown on the merchandise stall). Can anyone confirm this? It's a damn pretty necklace but I think this is hilarious and cute.
I originally found it off of MsLizzyGrant on Twitter, which was then reposted by Lana Del Rey Global.
Apparently it's been confirmed by people who have bought it.
This is definitely the best merchandise piece Lana's released yet.

Put Me In A Movie is about the plot of Lolita ._. Everything that references the film industry is about Clare Quilty and how he attempted to get Dolores to film child pornography.
"If he likes me, takes me home."
Quilty liked Dolores, so he stole her from the hospital when Humbert was gone.
"Come on you know you like little girls."
Self explanatory,
"You can be my daddy."
References how Dolores never had a real father, so it could either be an "invite" for either Humbert or Quilty.
"He didn't know he'd have this much fun."
Analysis is quite open. Could refer to a real life relation of Del Rey's, could refer to Humbert but probably not referring to Quilty as ultimately he kicked her out when she didn't do as he said.
"You're my little Sparkle Jump Rope Queen."
Obviously just referring to Del Rey. She could possibly be putting herself in Dolores' place.
"You know I can't make it on my own."
Refers to how Humbert would blackmail Dolores. If she ever left him, he would be jailed and she would be take into care and "lose all of her possessions". She didn't have a mother to go home to and couldn't survive by herself.
"Put Me In A Movie."
Again, refers to the child pornography that Dolores was asked to do by Quilty earlier in the novel.
Another point is that it is one of Del Rey's, if not her overall favourite book - she writes a lot of songs about Lolita so it's very much possible that what was just stated was quite true. It's open to debate but I doubt it is about her own experiences to some extent.

Make me your Dream Life liked a post in a topic by electra in Lana taught me that...
Lana taught me a lot about pop culture but more importantly she taught me about love and how it's okay to feel the way I feel and that sometimes love can be upsetting and that it's totally normal (to some extents in her songs). She taught me that it's natural to feel like nothing without someone.

It would probably be something in relation to Ultraviolence but not quite Ultraviolence.
Kind of how "Paradise" reflects Born To Die. Paradise could be said to be heaven; an aftermath of death. Heck, it's even in the lyrics of Paradise's music - "We made it out to the other side", Paradise being the "other side".
