She had to change producers with UV and make other cuts, I'm 100 percent ok with label interference if it means we get actual effort. They may have thought it was under-produced and uninteresting -but please remember this is just my speculation-

More than likely, a lot of factors could've played into it. I think what happened is she played the album for her management/label and they didn't like it.

I'm quite annoyed and hurt that Ben and Lana act as if we are some vultures. They teased and told lies then wonder why the entire fanbase is hostile and has a hundred questions. They need to remember who pays their bills, the only reason Lana was allowed this level of success is us. I hope I don't sound snobbish, but this ordeal has everyone so frustrated. Lana acts like it's going to kill her to even be somewhat transparent, literally all she would've had to do these past couple months is hop on an insta livestream and tell us "Hey guys I wanna work on the record some more, so its not going to be out until later this year." It is THAT simple. They HAD to have known Billboard and multiple other publications put out MARCH 29th, and just didn't care to say otherwise. And as for leaked demos/unreleased I'm sorry but they are just going to have to GET OVER IT already, every single artist has loads of material outside their albums that find their way onto the web, it's the digital age. I don't mean to come across as crass, but damn they are trying to bite the hand that feeds, I already see a huge plummet in sales between LFL and NFR. I include Lana in this because she knows exactly what she is doing, her and Ben are close. She has seen what happened yesterday

Than she needs to TELL US THAT instead of leading us to believe it's been finished.

Why do Ben/lana act like we are all idiots and know nothing about the music industry?? We aren't mad because it's taking a while, we're mad because of the lack of transparency. Saying the album is finished when it's not, letting Billboard publish a false release date. He acts like this is normal protocol when it's highly unprofessional.

I don't feel sorry for her either. It wouldn't be so intense if she were organized, concise and didn't lie every era. Interscope is a major label, they want marketable music that will sell. If she wants to do boring underproduced ballads she can go indie again lol

Everyone needs to understand how obvious it is that March isn't happening. If it were we'd have a pre-order, tracklist, etc. Lana just doesn't care enough to update lol.

I'm over this entire era, the wait isn't worth what little she's gonna do. March 29th is gone, which means it'll be at least half a year between the singles and the album, maybe more. That should NEVER happen, I can't even picture them with an album because of how they've aged. If we can't get a budget for at least one decent professionally filmed music video than I know its over. Also, preorder love and fear
