I think it seems that she decided the album name after the title track was written. It doesn't seem like she named the album beforehand when she had only the album idea in her mind. On the other hand I suppose the time where she mentioned she'd always known and certain what to name her album was Ultraviolence. I just had this thought and wanted to share it

Here is my interpretation: Ocean Boulevard represents Lana herself and the tunnel represents her feelings and subconscious. It's her way to say "On the outside I may look confident but everytime you talk shit about me, my feelings are falling apart therefore i get to take a journey into my subconscious and try to figure out why things went this way. You may say that I don't care or whatever but I surely feel the pain inside me deeply. So yeah did you know all of that? Did you know that there's a tunnel under the Ocean Boulevard?"
