  1. Woke up, saw that Lana followed Rick Nowels on IG. Day is made.
  2. After listening to this album non-stop for two days, I am ready to give my opinions. Arcadia is the only skip for me, I love the chorus and production but lyrics turn me off. Every other track is incredible. However, as some of you mentioned before, it feels more like a mixtape than a cohesive album. I hope she takes her time off, find a new inspiration and maybe works with someone new for the next record. That being said, nothing changes the fact that she is the BEST singer/song-writer of this century and none of her cheap impersonators can even come close to her. None of them. Top 3: If You Lie Down With Me, Nectar of the Gods, Living Legend.
  3. Blue Banisters is on repeat for like 10 hours. I love this woman more than anything, anyone. Forever.
  4. i want to listen those 4 songs over and over again but i also don’t want to listen to it till the album drops so i can have a full experience
  5. My birthday is on 23rd of October and the album will be dropped exactly at midnight. I really do not know a better person. I will be spending my birthday drinking wine and crying my eyes out. Lana is the greatest musician alive, no doubts.
  6. revisiting your old work does NOT mean laziness or being unspired. there is a right time for everything. as someone who writes, i often go through my old stuff to finish the uncompleted ones with a different mindset, read the ones that felt so personal that i couldn’t do it back then or just to feel the nostalgia through my own art. sometimes, something reminds you of your past or the people in your past and you find yourself thinking about old times which reunites you with things you wrote back then. it’s lana’s work and she has a right to do whatever she wants to do. i trust her vision and i am already in love with the 3 tracks she has given to us.
  7. i just cried while listening to Honeymoon. the way she created masterpiece after masterpiece.. lana doesn’t even have to move her finger anymore, she really is the greatest.
  8. i see some of you complaining about the unreleased tracks, but as a newer fan i haven’t heard any of them yet
  9. for some reason i already connect to blue banisters (album) more than i connected to cotcc. bb, tb and ww are all very vulnerable and heart-touching. this album is gonna destroy me

    Lorde

lorde keeps mentioning harry saying she wants him to call her and do a collab…. @/Harry_Styles call lanAllah del rey instead please
  11. the album is 5/5 for me now. wish she kept lost cause as an album track tho

    Taylor Swift

i agree. it is the weakest track on the album imo. the chorus is beautiful but verses turn me off with those lyrics

    Taylor Swift

just listened to “the lakes” from folklore. i don’t think this type of poetic lyrics and cinematic sound works for her
  14. “summer comes, winter goes, spring i skip, god knows..” the more i listen to these three tracks the more i am falling in love with the upcoming album
