Cherry Blossom has really had the weirdest trajectory ever. From first being heard by Lana very randomly deciding to sing and share it to it leaking years later then being released officially so many albums down the line…

The only thing that gives me pause is that I'm not really expecting LFL-inspired trap elements from Erickson and Dawes who co-wrote the song. Trip hop, jazz, rock or even electronica (or perhaps a mixture of all these)? Definitely.

Thank you for the hot tea. What you say about this album being the "end of Lana Del Rey" is both exciting and upsetting...But perhaps there's a reason why she told us to listen to Arcadia the way we listened to the song that introduced her...
 
What should we expect from If You Lie Down With Me? I'm getting bluesy/jazz vibes from it! 
 
 

I really love the video, i honestly didn’t think much of it when i first saw it, just felt like another home made whatever effort, it was more about the song for me. 
On more viewings though the video is a real vibe imo, just everything, the cheap motel room, the yellow cardigan, the gyrating, the projections on her body, the sunglasses, and then the random outro etc. i really like it.
 
Especially after the AWFUL White Dress video and what looks like a very dull Blue Banisters video.

Haha true! And I agree with you. You can't put an interlude that leads to...nowhere. It's a build-up. 
 
@Surf Noir may be right though. If it does have trap elements it may be closer to something like Freak or Art Deco than Summer Bummer.
