    I feel like we have this conversation once every two days 
     
    Anyways, I’m so glad someone mentioned Grandfather as an exemple of great Lana production. Even my mom, who finds Lana kind of boring and dreary, absolutely loves Grandfather. It’s ethereal, majestic and it feels epic. 
     
    For LDRX I’d kill for either grunge or shoegaze as the next genre for her to tackle.

    Just finished, super cute and pleasant. I definitely will listen to this album when trying  to relax, I hope we see more from Rob in the future

    I love it 
    I feel like Lost at sea and Hollywood Bowl are two pretty songs that you can listen when you need the time to stop, to focus on your inner thoughts.
    I think these two songs and maybe the whole album is about that feeling which is close to meditation.
    So calming and we need it.

    it is from a performance/event called "loveseat collective" i'm not exactly sure what it was but i believe it was just a get-together for friends/local musicians to get together and perform stuff, it took place at "laura's apartment" on october 14, 2006, here are some other pictures from the event as well as the closest we have to the original of this photo, we don't actually have a high quality/full version of it

    What i just want to know is...are you a trained singer? A vocal coach? A doctor? An otolaryngologist? 
     
    Because if not....I guarantee you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and are not qualified to claim that Lana has a "health related" issue with her voice

    Okay sorry hun im realllllllllllly not feeling this take. I dont think lana cares that much about how “good” her numbers are, she obviously had a vision in mind for candy necklace and this album does deal with very heavy themes. I wouldnt expect a “sexy” video for a AW where shes singing about such delicate subjects for most of the song. Maybe she’ll serve some great looks, but to say making music videos for only sad songs is a “waste” sounds a bit like a slap in the face. At this point in her career i didnt think we’d be saying that she should cater to the general public.
