I’ll never get over missing out on  live shows. It’s one of the only future plans I knew I had, seeing her would’ve changed everything for me. It’s sad to think about how much more she had to contribute that we’ll never see in this lifetime. Living in her honour 4 sure

i can’t comprehend that it feels like yesterday she was here releasing music and living her life and now she’s gone.
 
part of me is sad and upset that it felt like everyone moved on quite quickly. but i also feel like no amount of homage could do her justice, just a slow acceptance. 
 
i feel like recently it truly set in that we won’t ever get to see her live again, she won’t produce or record any more songs.
 
we can only remember her through her past work and still hear her huge influence on the music industry.

As unfortunate as it is to say, I think the passing of SOPHIE really cast a new light and meaning on this album. In hindsight it is one of my absolute favorites of the 2010’s, and not only does it document the transition that SOPHIE made as a person, but it effectively captures a feeling of passing from one life to another.
 
Just out of this world. The way that it hits so much harder…

I lost a lot of family members over the years, including my mother in January of this year. The last thing I thought about was Lana. Not to be cruel but Lana was not on my mind. What was on my mind was my mom, how many years she suffered with alzheimers, how much in debt will I be with funeral services, can I afford her cremation, and will I make enough for rent? I even stopped coming to this site for a while because of grief and I didn't have it in me. 
 
Dat1guitarguy is a disturbed individual and I have been yelling about this on this forum for years now. 
 
I don't want Lana to end up like Christina or Selena.
